2018年02月16日 ～ 02月22日、わが国内では一人もH7N9患者は報告されなかった。
専門家は、
人々は、日常生活においては、病死鳥類には極力接触せず、活禽との直接接触を避けること；
農村地区の人々は、流しの屋台から検疫証明のない活禽の購入・飼育をせぬようにすること；
鳥類への暴露歴があり且つ発熱及び気道症状があるものはマスクをして速やかに現地医療機構を受診し、さらに自ら医師に対してはその鳥類暴露歴を自主的に告げること

From Feb. 16 to Feb. 22, 2018, there was no case of H7N9 reported in mainland China.
Experts recommend followings;
the public should avoid contact with dead birds in daily life, try to avoid direct contact with live poultry;
peoples in rural areas do not buy live poultries from the live poultry venders without certification of quarantine, and do not feed such live poultries;
should have a history of contact with poultry and if there is fever and/or respiratory symptom(s) appeared, wear a mask and go to the local medical institutions as soon as possible, further, inform the doctor of contact with live bird history.
Never get out for travel.

专家建议，
公众在日常生活中应避免接触病死禽，尽量避免直接接触活禽；
农村地区公众不要从流动活禽摊贩处购买无检疫证明的活禽并饲养；
有禽类接触史且出现发热及呼吸道症状者，应戴上口罩，尽快到当地医疗机构就诊，
并主动向医生告知禽类接触史，不要外出旅行。
