H7N9台湾初の患者に関する情報：
＊ 性別； 男性
＊ 年齢： 53歳
＊ 旅程： 3月28日～4月9日まで蘇州、4月9日上海経由で台湾に戻る。 本人によると、この期間中に鳥類との接触はなく、また、加熱していない鳥肉や蛋を食べたことはないとのこと
＊ 発病課程；
◎ 4月12日発熱、寝汗、倦怠感はあるがその他の症状なし
◎ 4月16日高熱のためクリニックにて受診、その後某医院に行き入院、同日タミフルを使用 した
◎ 4月17日胸部X線検査では正常だった
◎ 4月18日胸部X線検査にて肺炎の症状が出た
◎ 4月20日容体が悪化し、某医学センターに転院、
◎ 4月24日痰を検査したところ、H7N9ウィルス陽性となり、後、遺伝子検査の結果伝染が確定となった。
＊ 接触者数；
◎ 合計139人（家族など濃密接触者が3人、同僚や友達など一般接触者は26人、病院スタッフ110人が含まれる）
◎ 上述の医院関係者中、3人は防護が不十分なものを着用しているが、これまでに症状は出ていない。4月27日までフォローしてゆく；このほかに、3人のスタッフについ

● Travel History: 3/28 to 4/9 to Suzhou, China, 4/9 from Shanghai to Taiwan, claiming that during this period without bird exposure history, no edible uncooked birds meat or eggs
● Incidence process：
◎ 4/12 fever, night sweats, fatigue, but no other symptoms
◎ 4/16 high fever to a clinic for medical treatment, after transferred to a certain hospital and hospitalized there, the same day the use of anti-influenza agent
◎ 4/17 chest X-ray examination as normal
◎ 4/18 chest X-ray examination showed pneumonia symptoms
◎ 4/20 deterioration of the disease transferred to a medical center, live in the negative pressure isolation intensive care unit, throat samples were collected twice during the ICU treatment, the test was negative
◎ 4/24 sputum was tested as positive for H7N9 virus, after the gene sequencing, confirmed his infection

◎ 4/16 高燒至某診所就醫，後轉診至某醫院住院，同日使用克流感
◎ 4/17 胸部X光檢查正常
◎ 4/18 胸部X光檢查有肺炎症狀
◎ 4/20 病情惡化轉某醫學中心，住進負壓隔離加護病房，期間2度採咽喉樣本，檢驗呈陰性
◎ 4/24 驗痰，H7N9病毒呈陽性，後經基因定序證實染病
●接觸人數：
◎總共139人，包括家人等親密接觸者3人，同事、朋友等一般接觸者26人，醫院工作者110人
◎上述醫院工作者中，有3人未佩戴適當防護，至今無症狀，將追蹤至4/27；另外3人有適當防護，但陸續
