香港衛生署衛生防護センター（以下CHP）は、本日（08月04日）、国家衛生計生委から、07月18～08月03日の間に、福建省で新
たにH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者1名が見つかっていたとの通報を受け、市民に対し、どこにいようが、個人、食物、環境の衛生を保つようにと強く呼びかけた。
患者は；
58歳の男性で、
これまでに活禽養殖場への暴露歴あり、
07月19日に発症していた。
もし市民が内地或いはその他の影響を受けた地区に入る場合には、ウェットマーケットや活禽市場、農場には行かぬようにすること。 親せきや友人を訪ねて行く場合、家禽を放し飼いにしていないかよく注意すること。 活禽の購入や、殺したての家禽を買うことは絶対にしないこと、家禽鳥類或はその糞便との接触をしないこと。活禽のいる場所に行く際には、必ず個人と手の衛生を保つこと。
影響を受けた地区から香港に戻った後に症状が現れた場合には、速やかに医師にかかり、医師に最近訪れた地方について自ら告げること。 これによって潜在している疾病に対応できるし、早期の診断治療が可能となる。 外遊時に活禽に出くわすと、汚染された環境に暴露している恐れがある為、絶対に医師に伝えること。 患者の助けがあれば医師が鳥インフルエンザ感染を疑え、必要な調査と妥当な治療を行なうことがタイムリーにできるようになる。

The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health is today (August 4) monitoring a notification from the National Health and Family Planning Commission that one additional human case of avian influenza A(H7N9) was recorded from July 28 to August 3 in Fujian, and strongly urged the public to maintain strict personal, food and environmental hygiene both locally and during travel.
The 58-year-old male patient in Fujian was known to have had exposure to a live poultry farm and had onset on July 19.
Travellers to the Mainland or other affected areas must avoid visiting wet markets, live poultry markets or farms. They should be alert to the presence of backyard poultry when visiting relatives and friends. They should also avoid purchasing live or freshly slaughtered poultry, and avoid touching poultry/birds or their droppings. They should strictly observe personal and hand hygiene when visiting any place with live poultry.
Travellers returning from affected areas should consult a doctor promptly if symptoms develop, and inform the doctor of their travel history for prompt diagnosis and treatment of potential diseases. It is essential to tell the doctor if they have seen any live poultry during travel, which may imply possible exposure to contaminated environments. This will enable the doctor to assess the possibility of avian influenza and arrange necessary investigations and appropriate treatment in a timely manner.

卫生署卫生防护中心今日（八月四日）正监察国家卫生和计划生育委员会通报在七月二十八日至八月三日期间，福建新增一宗人类感染甲型禽流感（H7N9）个案，并强烈呼吁市民，不论在本地或外游期间，应时刻保持个人、食物和环境卫生。
该名福建58岁男病人曾到活家禽养殖场，于七月十九日发病。
市民如到内地或其他受影响地区，紧记避免到湿货街市、活禽市场或农场。探访亲友时，留意是否有散养家禽。切勿购买活禽或新鲜屠宰家禽，避免接触禽鸟或其粪便。到任何有活禽的地方时，应时刻保持个人及手部卫生。
从受影响地区回港后，若出现病征，应立即求诊，并主动告诉医生最近曾到的地方，以便对潜在疾病及早作出诊断和治疗。外游时如曾见过任何活禽，因有可能曾接触受污染环境，应告知医生，有助诊断可能属禽流感的个案，并适时安排所需调查和适当治疗。
