04月02日、 農業農村部新聞弁公室は、 遼寧省 瀋陽市 新民市で H5N1亜型の 高病原性鳥インフルエンザが発生したと発表。
04月02日、 農業農村部は、 中国動物疫病予防管理センターの報告を受けたが、 国家鳥インフルエンザ参考実験室での確診を受け、 新民氏の養殖家の家禽に H5N1亜型の 高病原性鳥インフルエンザが発生したと伝えた。 この養殖家では、 24,500羽の 家禽を 飼育していたが、 1,000羽余りが病死した。 鳥インフルエンザ発生後、 現地では、 関連対応プランと予防治療技術規範の要求に基づき、 しっかりと処置活動を採っており、 既に 家禽 25,472羽の 殺処分をしており、 病死、 殺処分された鳥には 既に無害化処理が施されている。

The Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs released on April 2, a high-pathogenic avian influenza epidemic of poultry H5N1 at Xinmin City of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province.
On April 2, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center and was diagnosed by the National Avian Influenza Reference Laboratory. H5N1 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza epidemics occurred in poultry raised by a farmer in Xinmin City. The farmer kept 24,500 poultry and died more than 1,000 birds. After the outbreak, the local authorities in accordance with the relevant plans and technical requirements for prevention and control, do a good job in the treatment of the epidemic situation, has culled 25,472 poultry, all the sick and culled poultry have been harmless treatment.

4月2日， 农业农村部 接到 中国动物疫病预防控制中心 报告， 经 国家禽流感参考实验室 确诊， 新民市 一养殖户 饲养的家禽 发生 H5N1亚型高致病性禽流感疫情。 该养殖户存栏家禽 24500羽， 死亡 1000余羽。 疫情 发生后， 当地 按照 有关预案 和 防治技术规范 要求， 切实 做好疫情处置工作， 已 扑杀家禽25472羽， 全部 病死 和 扑杀 家禽 均 已 无害化处理。
