記者が、 4日 浙江省衛生庁から 入手した情報では、 浙江省で4日に 新たなH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者が 出たとのことだ。 これで、 浙江省全省の ヒト感染 H7N9 鳥インフルエンザに 感染した患者は 3人目になる。
64歳の男性、 張XXさんは、 湖州市呉興区の農民だ。 3月29日に発症してから、 31日に潮州市の某医院に入院した。 4月3日 22時、 浙江省CDCは 患者のサンプルの検査結果、 H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルスが陽性であったと報告。 4月4日、 省衛生庁の専門家グループは、 患者の臨床症状や ラボでの検査 及び 疫学調査の結果に基づき、 この患者を H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者と 確定診断した。
調査の結果、 患者との 密接接触者は 合計55人。 これまでのところ 当該患者の密接接触者のいずれにも 異常な症状 はみられていない。

Reporter learned from the Zhejiang Provincial Health Department that the province newly diagnosed a case of H7N9 avian flu infection. So far, Zhejiang province reported a total of 3 cases of H7N9 avian influenza infection.
The patient is;
Name: Zhang X,
Sex: Male,
Age: 64 years old,
People of: Wuxing district of Huzhou city,
Occupation: Farmer.
Date of Onset: Mar. 29, 2013,
Date of Admission: Mar. 31, 2013 to Huzhou city’s hospital
Date of Diagnosis: Apr. 4, 2013
Zhejiang provincial CDC reported the result of H7N9 avian flu testing was positive at 22:00 of Apr. 3, 2013. Provincial Health department experts diagnosed the case as infected with H7N9 based on the clinical manifestations of the case, laboratory testing and epidemiological survey results.
After investigation, 55 close contacts with the case were found. Up to now, there is no abnormality from all the close contacts with the case.
At this point, Zhejiang has reported 3 H7N9 avian flu cases; one of them died. No epidemiological association was found between the three cases.

记者４日从浙江省卫生厅获悉，浙江省４日新确诊１例人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感病例。至此，浙江全省共计报告发现人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感病例３例。
患者张某， 男， ６４岁， 湖州市吴兴区人， 农民。 于３月２９日发病， ３１日到湖州市某医院就诊并住院。 ４月３日２２时， 浙江省疾控中心报告患者标本的检测结果为Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感病毒核酸阳性。 ４月４日， 省卫生厅专家组依据病例的临床表现、 实验室检测和流行病学调查结果， 诊断该病例为 人感染Ｈ７Ｎ９禽流感确诊病例。
经调查， 该病例的密切接触者 共５５人。 截至目前， 该病例的 所有密切接触者 均未发现 临床异常表现。
