疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（3月18日）「65歳以上の高齢者（原住民は55歳以上）、免疫不全・免疫抑制状態の患者は、感染後の重症化や死亡のリスクが高い高リスクグループであることを考慮し、かれらの健康保護力を強化するため、米国CDCのワクチン接種勧告を参考にするとともに、衛生福利部感染症予防管理諮問委員会予防接種グループ（ACIP）会議での議論を経て、65歳以上の高齢者、55～64歳の原住民、生後6か月以上の幼児で免疫不全・免疫抑制状態の患者に対しJN.1ワクチンの追加接種を本年（2025年）4月8日から実施する。初回接種から最終接種まで6か月（180日）以上の間隔をあける必要があるが、対象者には積極的に接種を受けることを推奨する」と発表した。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said today (March. 18) that considering that the elderly over 65 years old (over 55 years old for indigenous people), immunocompromised and immunosuppressed patients are at high risk of developing severe illness or death after infection, in order to enhance the health protection of high-risk groups, referring to the vaccination recommendations of the US CDC and after discussion at the meeting of the Immunization Group (ACIP) of the Advisory Committee on Infectious Disease Prevention and Control of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, starting from April 8 this year (2025), an additional dose of JN.1 COVID-19 vaccine will be provided to the elderly over 65 years old, indigenous people aged 55-64, and immunocompromised and immunosuppressed patients who are over 6 months old. There should be at least 6 months (180 days) between the first and last dose, and we urge eligible people to get vaccinated actively.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(18)日表示，考量65歲以上長者(原住民為55歲以上)、免疫不全以及免疫力低下患者為感染後易發生重症或死亡之高風險族群，為提升對高風險族群的健康保護，參考美國CDC接種建議，並經衛生福利部傳染病防治諮詢會預防接種組(ACIP)會議討論，自今(2025)年4月8日起提供65歲以上長者、55-64歲原住民、出生滿6個月以上且有免疫不全以及免疫力低下患者再增加接種1劑JN.1 COVID-19疫苗，與前1劑間隔至少6個月(180天)，呼籲符合接種資格民眾踴躍接種。
疾管署說明，JN.1 COVID-19疫苗自去(2024)年10月1日起提供民眾接種，疫苗保護力會隨著時間遞減，鼓勵間隔已滿6個月之長者及免疫不全者等重症高風險對象儘快安排接種第2劑JN.1 COVID-19疫苗，提升免疫保護
