疾病管制署（以下、疾管署）は「本日（12月3日）、新たに麻疹の本土症例が1例増えたが、患者は北部在住の20代男性で、11月29日既に発表され
た本土症例（北部の30代男性で、ゼロ号患者となった）の同居接触者だ。 初歩の研究で、同時発生したクラスター事案と判断された。 患者は11月26日に席や鼻炎、発熱、咽頭痛などの症状が現れたため11月27日にクリニックを受診したが、続いて11月29日には発疹症状が現れ、ゼロ号患者が麻疹と確定診断されたため、衛生単位により接触者としてリストアップされ、当日午後に衛生単位が手配して病院を受診、病院からの通報後の検査により診断が確定した。この患者は明日自宅隔離から解放される予定だ。

The Department of Disease Control (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) announced today (December 3) that Taiwan added a new domestic case of measles in a man in his 20s from the north. He is a contact of the local case announced on November 29 (a man in his 30s from the north, the index case). It is initially determined to be a cluster incident. The case developed symptoms such as cough, rhinitis, fever, and sore throat on November 26, and went to the clinic for medical treatment on November 27. On November 29, due to subsequent rash symptoms, and since the index case was diagnosed with measles, he was listed as one of the contacts by the health unit. In the afternoon of that day, the health unit arranged for medical treatment. After being notified by the hospital, the diagnosis was confirmed. 疾病管制署(以下稱疾管署)今(3)日公布國內新增1例北部20多歲男性麻疹本土病例，為11月29日已公布之本土個案(北部30多歲男性，指標個案)同住接觸者，初步研判為同起群聚事件。個案於11月26日起因出現咳嗽、鼻炎、發燒、喉嚨痛等症狀，於11月27日曾至診所就醫，11月29日因後續出現出疹症狀，且因指標個案確診麻疹而被衛生單位匡列為接觸者，於當日下午由衛生單位安排就醫，經醫院通報後檢驗確診。個案將於明日解除居家隔離。
疾管署表示，針對群聚事件，衛生單位已展開各項防治工作，並持續進行相關疫調，亦針對與個案接觸之醫護
