2025年第5週（2025年1月27日～2月02日）、全国（香港、マカオ、台湾を除く）の定点病院から採取された外来および救急のインフルエンザ様疾患患者と重症急性呼吸器感染症による入院患者の呼吸器サンプルに対し、新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス、アデノウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）、パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）、通常のコロナウイルス、ボカウイルス、ライノウイルス（HRV）、エンテロウイルス（EV）の10種類及びマイコプラズマ肺炎（MPP）といった呼吸器病原体のウイルス検査を実施した。
1. 検査の結果
定点病院の救急外来におけるインフルエンザ様患者の呼吸器検体から陽性が検出された病原体は、主にインフルエンザウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス、アデノウイルスであり；重症急性呼吸器感染症の重症入院患者における呼吸器検体から検出された陽性病原体は、主にインフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス、マイコプラズマ肺炎であった。具体的な結果は表1、図1および図2に示す。検査の結果、北部と南部で地域差や年齢層の間に差異が見られたが

In the 5th week of 2025 (January 27- February 02, 2025), respiratory specimens from outpatient and emergency influenza-like cases and inpatient severe acute respiratory infection cases collected in sentinel hospitals across the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) were tested for novel coronavirus pneumonia, coronavirus, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, human metapneumovirus, parainfluenza virus, common coronavirus, bocavirus, rhinovirus and enterovirus, as well as a variety of respiratory viruses including Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pathogen detection.
1. Test results
The main pathogens detected positive in respiratory samples of influenza-like patients in outpatient and emergency departments of sentinel hospitals were influenza virus, human metapneumovirus, and adenovirus; the main pathogens detected positive in respiratory samples of hospitalized severe acute respiratory infection cases were influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, and Mycoplasma pneumoniae. 2025年第5周（2025年1月27日—2月2日），对全国哨点医院（不含港澳台）采集的门急诊流感样病例和住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例的呼吸道样本，开展新型冠状病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、人偏肺病毒、副流感病毒、普通冠状病毒、博卡病毒、鼻病毒和肠道病毒等10种病毒以及肺炎支原体在内的多种呼吸道病原体检测。
