国家 衛生健康委は 11月19日、 2021年 10月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を 発布した。
2021年10月 （2021年10月01日00：00 ～ 10月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は523,006例（宮本注： 前月は500,929例； 22,077人増に転）、死亡者数は2,040例（前月は2,172例； 239人減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、これらで2例の発症、死亡ゼロの報告があった。
B（乙）類染病はSARS、ポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡なし以外、残22種については、発症249,605例 （前月は272,332例： 22,727人減）、死亡2,039例（前月は2,172例： 133人減に転）が報告されている。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病とエイズ（5位にエイズがランクイン）で、B類伝染病報告総数の95%を占めていた。

2021年10月01日から10月31日24時までの間、全国で新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者1,081例、死者0例が報告された。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は273,399例（前月は228,598例で44,802人増）、死亡は1例（前月は1例で1例減に）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、手足口病、その他感染性下痢とインフルエンザ（1位と2位が入れ替わり）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の95％を占めていた。

In October 2021 (0:00 on October 1, 2021 to 24:00 on October 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 523,006 cases and 2,040 deaths.
Among them,
2 cholera cases (no death) were reported in Class A infectious diseases.
There was no report of incidence and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), Poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria and H7N9 Avian influenza, the remaining 22 kinds of Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 249,605 cases and 2,039 deaths. The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and AIDS; these five diseases account for 95% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.
From 00:00 on September 1 to 24:00 on October 31, a total of 1,081 diagnosed cases and no (0) deaths of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) were reported in Mainland China.

2021年10月（2021年10月1日0时至10月31日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病523006例，死亡2040人。
其中，甲类传染病中霍乱报告发病2例，无死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病249605例，报告死亡2039人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及艾滋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95%。
10月1日0时至10月31日24时，全国报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例1081例，无死亡病例报告。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病273399例，报告死亡1人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为手足口病、
