2025年1月 （1月01日00：00 ～ 1月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は3,382,111例（宮本注： 前月は1,994,023例； 1,388,088人増）、死亡者数は1,701例（前月は2,867例； 1,166例減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで発症1例、死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症325,937例 （前月は295,592例： 30,345例増に転）、死亡1,691例（前月は2,857例： 1,166例減に転）が報告されている。うちSARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリア、新生児破傷風、住血吸虫症とH7N9型鳥インフルエンザでは発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、COVID-19および淋病（百日咳がランク外に、COVID-19が第4位にランクイン）で、B類伝染病報告総数の93.5%を占めていた

In January 2025 (0:00 on January 1, to 24:00 on January 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 3,382,111 cases and 1,701 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, no cases of illness or death were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 325,937 cases and 1,691 deaths were reported. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria, neonatal tetanus, schistosomiasis and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza. The top five reported cases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, COVID-19 and gonorrhea; these five diseases account for 93.5% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.

2025年1月（1月1日0时至1月31日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病3382111例，死亡1701人。
甲类传染病无发病、死亡病例报告。
乙类传染病共报告发病325937例，死亡1691人。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉、新生儿破伤风、血吸虫病和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、新型冠状病毒感染和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93.5%。
