2025年3月 （3月01日00：00 ～ 3月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は971,168例（宮本注： まずこの数字はCDCの計算ミスです。甲類乙類合計の355,602例＋丙類615566例を足し算すれば1,071,168例になります。これに基づくと前月は1,898,332例； 827,164例減になります）、死者数は2,137例（前月は1,964例； 1964例増）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病ではコレラで発症1例、死亡は0例。
B（乙）類伝染病では、発症355,602例 （前月は295,625例： 59,977例増に転）、死亡2,135例（前月は1,949例： 186例増）が報告されている。うちSARSやポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、日本脳炎、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザでは発症・死亡例なし。報告されている発症データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、COVID-19、梅毒、および淋病（新型コロナがワースト3に上昇）で、B類伝染病報告総数の93.7%を占めていた。

In March 2025 (0:00 on March 1, to 24:00 on March 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 971,168 cases (Miyamoto’s note: This figure is a calculation error by the CDC. If you add up the total of 355,602 cases in “Class A and Class B” plus the 615,566 cases in “Class C”, the total must be 1,071,168 cases!!) and 2,137 deaths.
In Class A infectious diseases, no cases of illness or death were reported.
In Class B infectious diseases, a total of 355,602 cases and 2,135 deaths were reported. There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS, poliomyelitis, Human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, B-Encephalitis, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza. The top five reported cases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, COVID-19, syphilis and gonorrhea; these five diseases account for 93.7% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.

乙类传染病共报告发病355602例，死亡2135人。传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、流行性乙型脑炎、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、新型冠状病毒感染、梅毒和淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93.7%。
