2025年第13週（2025年3月24日～3月30日）、全国（香港、マカオ、台湾を除く）の定点病院から採取された外来および救急のインフルエンザ様疾患患者と重症急性呼吸器感染症による入院患者の呼吸器サンプルに対し、新型コロナウイルス、インフルエンザウイルス、RSウイルス（RSV）、アデノウイルス、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）、パラインフルエンザウイルス（PIV）、通常のコロナウイルス、ボカウイルス、ライノウイルス（HRV）、エンテロウイルス（EV）の10種類及びマイコプラズマ肺炎（MPP）といった呼吸器病原体のウイルス検査を実施した。
1. 検査の結果
定点病院の救急外来におけるインフルエンザ様患者の呼吸器検体から陽性が検出された病原体は、主にライノウイルス（HRV）、COVID-19とhMPVであり；重症急性呼吸器感染症の重症入院患者における呼吸器検体から検出された陽性病原体は、主にRSウイルスとライノウイルス（HRV）、hMPVであった。検査の結果、北部と南部で地域差や年齢層の間に差異が見られた。
２. 分析と健康のためのヒント
全国の発熱外来の診療状況や全国定点医院の外来（救急）診療におけるインフルエンザ様疾患の比率などの監視結果と合わせて分析すると、今週も急性呼吸器感染症が相変わらず低いレベルにある。多くの病原検査結果から、検出された病原体はすべて既知の一般的なものであり、未知の病原体やそれらが引き起こす新たな感染症は発見されていない。現在、COVID-19の検査陽性率は若干上昇；ライノウイルス（HRV）、RSウイルス（RSV）、ヒトメタニューモウイルス（hMPV）などの病原体の検査陽性率は前期に比べ幾分回復しており、主に影響を受けているのは14歳以下の子供達である。インフルエンザの流行はほとんどの省で低レベルまで低下。その他の呼吸器病原体の陽性率は低水準であった

In the 13th week of 2025 (Mar. 24- Mar. 30, 2025), respiratory specimens from outpatient and emergency influenza-like cases and inpatient severe acute respiratory infection cases collected in sentinel hospitals across the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) were tested for novel coronavirus pneumonia, coronavirus, influenza virus, respiratory syncytial virus, adenovirus, human metapneumovirus, parainfluenza virus, common coronavirus, bocavirus, rhinovirus and enterovirus, as well as a variety of respiratory viruses including Mycoplasma pneumoniae Pathogen detection.
1. Test results
The positive pathogens of respiratory samples from outpatient influenza-like cases were mainly rhinovirus, COVID-19 and human metapneumovirus; the positive pathogens of respiratory samples from hospitalized severe acute respiratory infection cases were mainly respiratory syncytial virus, rhinovirus and human metapneumovirus. The test results showed differences between the north and south regions and between different age groups.
2. Analysis and health tips
Combined with the diagnosis and treatment of fever clinics across the country, the proportion of influenza-like cases in outpatient (emergency) clinics in sentinel hospitals across the country, and other monitoring results, the analysis shows that the epidemic of acute respiratory infectious diseases remained at a low level this week. The results of multi-pathogen testing showed that all the detected pathogens were known common pathogens, and no unknown pathogens and new infectious diseases caused by them were found. 2025年第13周（2025年3月24日—3月30日），对全国哨点医院（不含港澳台）采集的门急诊流感样病例和住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例的呼吸道样本，开展新型冠状病毒、流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、腺病毒、人偏肺病毒、副流感病毒、普通冠状病毒、博卡病毒、鼻病毒和肠道病毒等10种病毒以及肺炎支原体在内的多种呼吸道病原体检测。
一、检测结果
哨点医院门急诊流感样病例呼吸道样本检测阳性病原体主要为鼻病毒、新型冠状病毒和人偏肺病毒；住院严重急性呼吸道感染病例呼吸道样本检测阳性病原体主要为呼吸道合胞病毒、鼻病毒和人偏肺病毒。检测结果存在南北方地域差异和不同年龄段人群差异。
二、分析及健康提示
结合全国发热门诊（诊室）诊疗情况、全国哨点医院流感样病例占门（急）诊就诊人数比例等监测结果分析显示，本周急性呼吸道传染病疫情处于较低水平。多病原检测结果显示，检出均为已知常见病原体，没有发现未知病原体及其导致的新发传染病。目前，新型冠状病毒检测阳性率有小幅上升；鼻病毒、呼吸道合胞病
