衛生計生委は 11月13日に 10月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を発布
2017年 10月 （2017年 10月01日 00：00 ～ 10月31日 24：00）内の、 全国 （台湾香港マカオは含まず、 以下同） の法定伝染病例は 646,871例 （宮本注： 前月は 656,813例 9,942人減）、 死亡者数は 1,638名 （前月は 1,826例: 188人減）であった。
うち、
A （甲） 類伝染病では、 ペスト、 コレラ ともに 発症 ・ 死亡 ゼロ、 であった。
B （乙） 類伝染病は SARS、 ジフテリア、 ポリオ、 ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ 及び H7N9型鳥インフルエンザで 発症 ・ 死亡なし 以外、 残21種に ついては、 発症 273,020例 （前月は 302,725例： 29,705人減）、 死亡1,634例が 報告されている。
同期、
C （丙） 類伝染病では、 フィラリア症では 発症 ・ 死亡 ともにゼロだったが、 その他 10種の 伝染病では、 発症数 は 373,851例 （前月は 354,086例で 19,765増）、 死亡は 4例 （前月は 6例で 2人減） であった。

ChinaNational HFPC announced October’s infectious disease report on Nov. 13, 2017, where as for H7N9 avian flu, no diagnosed cases, and no death case were reported.
In October 2017 (0:00 on 1 October 2017 and until 24:00 on 31 October), a total of 646,871 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Maucao, and the same below) with 1,638 deaths.
Among them, Class A infectious diseases plague, cholera-free incidence, death report.
In Class-B infectious diseases, Infectious Atypical Pneumonia, Diphtheria, Poliomyelitis, Human Infection HPAI and Human Infection with H7N9 Avian Influenza has no incidence and mortality were reported, and the remaining 21 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 273,020 cases and 1634 deaths

2017年 10月 （2017年 10月1日 0时 至 10月31日 24时）， 全国 （不含 港 澳 台， 下同） 共报告 法定传染病 646871例， 死亡 1638人。
甲类 传染病中 鼠疫、 霍乱 无 发病、 死亡 报告。
乙类 传染病中 传染性非典型肺炎、 白喉、 脊髓灰质炎、 人感染高致病性禽流感 和 人感染H7N9禽流感 无 发病、 死亡报告， 其余 21种 传染病 共报告 发病 273020例， 死亡 1634人。
同期，
丙类 传染病 中 丝虫病 无 发病、 死亡 报告， 其余 10种 传染病 共报告 发病 373851例， 死亡 4人。
