衛生計生委は 02月12日、 1月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。
2018年01月（2018年01月01日00：00～01月31日24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は827,781例（宮本注：前月は699,850例127,931人増）、死亡者数は1,692名（前月は2,198例；506人減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類 伝染病では、ペスト、 コレラ ともに 発症 ・ 死亡 ゼロ、 であった。
B （乙） 類 伝染病は SARS、 ジフテリア、 ポリオ 及び ヒト感染 高病原性 鳥インフルエンザで 発症 ・ 死亡なし 以外、 残22種については、 発症 308,475例 （前月は 294,397例： 14,078人増に 転）、 死亡 1,628例 （前月は 2,187例： 559人減に 転）が報告されている。
同期、
C （丙） 類 伝染病では、 フィラリア症では 発症 ・ 死亡ともにゼロ だったが、 その他 10種の 伝染病では、 発症数は 519,306例 （前月は 405,452例で 113,854増）、 死亡は 64例 （前月は 10例で 54人増） であった。

China National HFPC announced January’s infectious disease report on Feb. 12, 2018, where as for H7N9 avian flu, only one(1) diagnosed cases, and no death case was reported.
In January, 2018 (from 0:00 on 1 January 2018 to 24:00 on 31 January), a total of 827,781 (Miyamoto’s note: previous month was 699,850 cases which increased by 127,931) cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Maucao, and the same below) with 1,692 (previous month was 2,198 deaths which decreased by 506) deaths.
Among them, Class A infectious diseases, there was no reported case and death in both plague and cholera.
In Class-B infectious diseases, SARS, Diphtheria, Poliomyelitis, and Human Infection HPAI has no incidence and mortality were reported, and the remaining 22 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 308,475 (compared to 294,397 cases in the previous month, 14,078 increased) cases and 1,628 (compared to 2,187 death, decreased by 559) deaths.

2017年 02月12日 卫生计生委 公布了 1月份 全国法定传染病 发病死亡信息。
2018年 01月 （2018年 1月1日 0时 至 1月31日 24时）， 全国 （不含 港 澳 台， 下同） 共报告 法定传染病 827781例， 死亡 1692人。
甲类 传染病 无 发病、 死亡 报告。 乙类 传染病中 传染性非典型肺炎、 白喉、 脊髓灰质炎 和 人感染 高致病性 禽流感 无 发病、 死亡 报告，其余 22种 传染病 共报告 发病 308475例， 死亡 1628人。
同期，
丙类 传染病中 丝虫病 无 发病、 死亡 报告， 其余 10种 传染病 共报告 发病 519306例， 死亡 64人。
