衛生計生委は 03月20日、 2月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。（この発表日はバックデートと推量。FluTrackersも21日には出ていなかったということで私と意見は一致）
2018年02月（2018年02月01日 00：00 ～ 02月28日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は520,152例（宮本注：前月は827,781例；307,629人減に転）、死亡者数は1,037名（前月は1,692例； 655人減）であった。
うち、
A（甲） 類 伝染病では、 ペスト、 コレラともに 発症 ・ 死亡 ゼロ、であった。
B（乙） 類 伝染病は SARS、 ジフテリア、 ポリオ 及び ヒト感染 高病原性 鳥インフルエンザで 発症 ・ 死亡なし 以外、 残22種については、 発症 236,282例 （前月は 308,475例： 72,193人減に 転）、死亡 982例 （前月は 1,628例： 646人減）が報告されている。
同期、
C （丙） 類 伝染病では、 フィラリア症では 発症 ・ 死亡ともにゼロ だったが、 その他 10種の 伝染病では、 発症数は 283,870例（前月は 519,306例で 235,436 減に転）、 死亡は 55例 （前月は 64例で 9人 減に転）であった。

China National HFPC announced February’s infectious disease report on Mar. 20, 2018（This date of publishing is “backdated”. FluTrackers.com is recognizing the back dated announcement saying that there was no announcement on Mar. 21 when they checked the NHFPC’s website.）, where as for H7N9 avian flu, only one(1) diagnosed cases, and one death case was reported.
In Februay, 2018 (from 0:00 on February 1, 2018 to 24:00 on February 28, 2018), a total of 520,152 (Miyamoto’s note: previous month was 827,781 cases which decreased by 307,629) cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Maucao, and the same below) with 1,037 (previous month was 1,692 deaths which decreased by 655) deaths.
Among them, Class A infectious diseases, there was no reported case and death in both plague and cholera.
In Class-B infectious diseases, SARS, Diphtheria, Poliomyelitis, and Human Infection HPAI has no incidence and mortality were reported, and the remaining 22 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 236,282 (compared to 308,475 cases in the previous month, decreased by 72,193) cases and 982 (compared to 1,628 death, decreased by 646) deaths.

2017年 03月20日 卫生计生委 公布了 2月份 全国法定传染病 发病死亡信息。
2018年 02月 （2018年 2月1日 0时 至 2月28日 24时）， 全国 （不含 港 澳 台， 下同） 共报告 法定传染病 520152例， 死亡 1037人。
甲类 传染病 无 发病、 死亡 报告。
乙类 传染病中 传染性非典型肺炎、 白喉、 脊髓灰质炎 和 人感染 高致病性 禽流感 无 发病、 死亡 报告， 其余 22种 传染病 共报告 发病 236282例， 死亡 982人。
