衛生健康委は 05月17日、 4月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を発布した。
2018年04月（2018年04月01日00：00～04月30日24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は563,697例（宮本注：前月は566,716例；3,019人減に転）、死亡者数は1,424名（前月は1,720例； 296人減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲） 類 伝染病では、 ペスト、 コレラともに 発症 ・ 死亡 ゼロ、であった。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ジフテリア、ポリオ、H7N9型鳥インフルエンザ及びヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡なし以外、残21種については、発症315,564例（前月は344,124例： 28,560人減に転）、死亡1,415例（前月は1,705例：190人減に転）が報告されている。
同期、
C（丙）類伝染病では、フィラリア症では発症・死亡ともにゼロだったが、その他10種の伝染病では、発症数は248,133例（前月は222,282例で25,541増に転）、死亡は9例（前月は15例で6人減）であった。

National Health Commission of P.R.C. announced March’s infectiou disease report on May 17, 2018, where as for H7N9 avian flu, no-incidence no-death case was reported.
In April, 2018 (from 0:00 on April 1, 2018 to 24:00 on April 30, 2018), a total of 563,697 (Miyamoto’s note: previous month was 566,716 cases which shows decrease by 3,019) cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Maucao, and the same below) with 1,424 (previous month was 1,720 deaths which decreased by 296) deaths.
Among them, Class A infectious diseases, there was no reported case and death in both plague and cholera.
In Class-B infectious diseases, SARS, Diphtheria, Poliomyelitis, and Human Infsection HPAI has no incidence and mortality were reported, and the remaining 22 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 315,564 (compared to 344,124 cases in the previous month, decreased by 28,560) cases and 1,415 (compared to 1,705 death, decreased by 190) deaths.

2018年 05月17日 卫生健康委 公布了 4月份 全国法定传染病 发病死亡信息。
2018年 04月 （2018年 4月1日 0时 至 4月30日 24时）， 全国 （不含 港 澳 台， 下同） 共报告 法定传染病 563,697例， 死亡 1,424人。
甲类 传染病 无 发病、 死亡 报告。
乙类传染病中 传染性非典型肺炎、 白喉、 脊髓灰质炎、 人感染 H7N9 禽流感 和 人感染 高致病性 禽流感 无 发病、 死亡 报告， 其余 21种 传染病 共报告 发病 315564例， 死亡 1415人。
