衛生健康委員会は 05月20日、4月度の感染症月報を発表（但し事実は5月21日発表です）。
2019年 04月 （2019年04月01日00：00～04月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は916,462例（宮本注：前月は879,800例；36,662人増）、死亡者数は2,005例（前月は11,859例；146人増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲） 類 伝染病では、 発症 ・ 死亡 ともにゼロ、 であった。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ポリオ、ジフテリア及びヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡なし以外、残22種については、発症329,246例（前月は325,365例： 3,881人増）、死亡1,989例（前月は1,827例：162人増）が報告されている。
同期、
C（丙）類伝染病では、フィラリア症では発症・死亡ともにゼロだったが、その他10種の伝染病では、発症数は587,216例（前月は554,435例で32,781人増）、死亡は16例（前月は32例で16人減）であった。

National Health Commission of P.R.C. announced January’s infectious disease report on May 20, 2019, where as for H7N9 avian flu, no-incidence and no-death case was reported. (As for the date of release, it seems that NHC has back dated again and again. The fact is May 21!)
In April 2019 (from 0:00 on Apr. 1, 2018 to 24:00 on Apr. 30, 2018), a total of 916,462 (Previous month was 879,800 cases which shows an increase of 36,662) cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported nationwide (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and the same below) with 2,005 (previous month was 1,859 deaths which shows an increase of 146) deaths.
Among them, Class A infectious diseases, no case was reported (No Death) in both plague and cholera.
In Class-B infectious diseases, SARS, Poliomyelitis, diphtheria, and Human Infectious HPAI has no incidence and mortality were reported, and the remaining 22 kinds of infectious diseases reported a total of 329,246 (compared to 325,365 cases in the previous month, which turned to an increase of 3.881) cases and 1,989 (compared to 1,827 death, which shows an increased of 162) deaths.

2019年 05月20日 卫生健康委 公布了 4月份的 全国法定传染病 发病 死亡信息。
2019年 4月 （2019年 4月1日 0时 至 4月30日 24时）， 全国 （不含 香港、 澳门特别行政区 和 台湾地区， 下同） 共报告 法定传染病 916462例， 死亡2005人。
甲类传染病 中 无发病、 死亡 报告。
乙类传染病 中 传染性非典型肺炎、 脊髓灰质炎、 白喉 和 人感染高致病性 禽流感 无发病、 死亡报告， 其余22种 乙类传染病 共报告 发病 329246例， 死亡1989人。
同期，
丙类传染病 中 丝虫病 无发病、 死亡 报告， 其余10种 丙类传染病 共报告 发病 587216例， 死亡3216。
