国家 衛生健康委は 10月22日、 2021年 09月度の 全国法定伝染病情報を 発布した。
2021年09月 （2021年09月01日00：00 ～ 09月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は500,929例（宮本注： 前月は482,071例； 18,858人増に転）、死亡者数は2,172例（前月は2,077例； 95人増）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、 発症ゼロ・死亡ゼロの報告があった。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡なし以外、残22種については、発症272,332例 （前月は274,917例： 2,585人減）、死亡2,172例（前月は2,077例： 95人増）が報告されている。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病とブルセラ症（6か月連続で同種、同順）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94%を占めていた。

2021年09月01日から09月30日24時までの間、全国で新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者1,264例、死者0例が報告された。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、フィラリア症では発症・死亡ともにゼロだったが、その他10種の伝染病では、発症数は228,598例（前月は207,153例で21444人増に転）、死亡は0例（前月も0例で変化なし）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、その他感染性下痢、手足口病とインフルエンザ（1位と2位が入れ替わり）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の93％を占めていた。

In September 2021 (0:00 on September 1, 2021 to 24:00 on September 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 500,929 cases and 2,172 deaths.

There was no report of incident in Class A infectious diseases.
There was no report of incidence and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), Poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria and H7N9 Avian influenza, the remaining 22 kinds of Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 272,332 cases and 2,172 deaths. The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, Tuberculosis, Syphilis, Gonorrhea and Brucellosis; these five diseases account for 94% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.
From 00:00 on September 1 to 24:00 on September 30, a total of 1,264 diagnosed cases and no (0) deaths of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) were reported in Mainland China.

2021年9月（2021年9月1日0时至9月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病500929例，死亡2172人。
其中，甲类传染病无发病死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病272332例，报告死亡2172人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及布鲁氏菌病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94%。
9月1日0时至9月30日24时，全国报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例1264例，无死亡病例报告。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病228597例，未报告死亡病例。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为其他感染
