2022年11月 （2022年11月01日00：00 ～ 11月30日 24：00）内の、全国の法定伝染病例は467,973例（宮本注： 前月は421,228例； 46,745人増に転）、死亡者数は1,870例（前月は1,937例； 67人減）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、発症・死亡例報告はなし。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ポリオ、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡例なし以外、残22種については、発症272,901例 （前月は231,089例： 41,812人増に転）、死亡1,870例（前月は1,936例： 66人減）が報告されている。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、COVID-19、肺結核、梅毒、および淋病（COVID-19が2位にランクアップ）で、B類伝染病報告総数の95%を占めていた。

2022年11月01日から11月30日24時までの間、全国で新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者62,723例、死者7例が報告された。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は195,072例（前月は190,136例で4,936人増に転）、死亡は0例（前月は1例：1人減）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、その他感染性下痢と手足口病であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の94％を占めていた。

In November 2021 (0:00 on Nov. 1, 2021 to 24:00 on Nov. 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 467,973 cases and 1,870 deaths.
Among them, No cases of Class A infectious diseases were reported; no death was reported.
There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza have no incidence and death reports, the remaining 22 kinds of Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 272,901 cases and 1,870 deaths. The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, COVID-19, tuberculosis, syphilis and gonorrhea; these five diseases account for 95% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.
From 00:00 on Nov. 1 to 24:00 on Nov. 30, a total of 62,723 diagnosed cases and seven (7) deaths of COVID-19 were reported in Mainland China.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and

2022年11月（2022年11月1日0时至11月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病467973例，死亡1870人。
其中，甲类传染病未报告发病、死亡病例。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余22种乙类传染病共报告发病272901例，报告死亡1870人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、新型冠状病毒感染、肺结核、梅毒及淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95%。11月1日0时至11月30日24时，全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告本土新型冠状病毒感染确诊病例62723例，死亡7人。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病195072例，未报告死亡。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感冒、
