2022年03月 （2022年03月01日00：00 ～ 03月31日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は634,258例（宮本注： 前月は445,181例； 189,077人増に転）、死亡者数は2,036例（前月は1,614例； 422人増に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、コレラで1例発症・死亡ゼロとの報告があった。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ポリオ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで発症・死亡なし以外、残23(*)種については、発症332,134例 （前月は229,407例： 102,727人増に転）、死亡2,034例（前月は1,611例： 423人増に転）が報告されている。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、COVID-19と淋病（COVID-19が4位に躍り出たため、ブルセラ症が圏外に）で、B類伝染病報告総数の94%を占めていた（宮本注（＊）：高病原性ヒト感染鳥インフルエンザもゼロですので、ここは『22種』とすべきです。 ただし、H5N6の患者が多数報告される中、『H5N6をその他の感染症とせずに（H5N1のみという方向性を変更）』ということになるかもしれませんが…）。

2022年03月01日から03月31日24時までの間、全国で新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者41,577例、死者2例が報告された。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は302,123例（前月は215,774例で86,349人増に転）、死亡は2例（前月は3例で1人減）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、その他感染性下痢と手足口病（3か月連続で同病種、同順）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の96％を占めていた。

In March 2021 (0:00 on March 1, 2021 to 24:00 on Mar. 31), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 634,258 cases and 2,036 deaths.

Among the Class A infectious diseases, 1 case of cholera was reported, and no death was reported.
There was no report of incidence and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza have no reports of morbidity and death, the remaining 23 kinds of Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 332,134 cases and 2,034 deaths. The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, COVID-19 and gonorrhea; thdese five diseases account for 94% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases. From 00:00 on March 1 to 24:00 on March 31, a total of 41,577 diagnosed cases and two (2) deaths of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) were reported in Mainland China.

其中，甲类传染病中霍乱报告发病1例，无死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余23种乙类传染病共报告发病332134例，报告死亡2034人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、新型冠状病毒肺炎以及淋病，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的94%。3月1日0时至3月31日24时，全国报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例41577例，死亡2人。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病302123例，报告死亡2人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感
