2022年09月 （2022年09月01日00：00 ～ 09月30日 24：00）内の、全国（台湾香港マカオは含まず、以下同）の法定伝染病例は486,329例（宮本注： 前月は658,201例； 171,871人減）、死亡者数は2,292例（前月は2,568例； 276人減に転）であった。
うち、
A（甲）類伝染病では、5例の症例報告があり、ペストで1例（死亡1例）、コレラで発症4例（死亡0例）の報告があった。
B（乙）類伝染病はSARS、ポリオ、ジフテリアとH7N9型鳥インフルエンザで死亡なし以外、残23種については、発症261,104例 （前月は308,822例： 47,718人減に転）、死亡2,288例（前月は2,565例： 277人減に転）が報告されている。報告されている発病データの病種ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病およびCOVID-19と（4位のCOVID-19と5位の淋病が入れ替わる）で、B類伝染病報告総数の93%を占めていた。

2022年09月01日から09月30日24時までの間、全国で新型コロナウィルス肺炎患者7,172例、死者0例が報告された。
同期、C（丙）類伝染病では、発症数は225,220例（前月は349,373例で124,153人減）、死亡は3例（前月は3例）であった。 発症データの3位までの病種は、インフルエンザ、その他感染性下痢と手足口病（手足口病と感染性下痢症が入れ替わった）であり、C（丙）類伝染病報告総数の94％を占めていた。

In September 2021 (0:00 on Sept. 1, 2021 to 24:00 on Sept. 30), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan, the same hereinafter) reported a total of 486,329 cases and 2,292 deaths.
Among them, 5 cases of Class A infectious diseases were reported, including 1 case of plague and 4 cases of cholera; 1 death was reported, which was a case of plague.
There was no report of incidents and morbidity in SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome), poliomyelitis, diphtheria and human infection with H7N9 avian influenza, have no reports of morbidity and death, the remaining 23 kinds of Class B infectious diseases reported a total of 261,104 cases and 2,288 deaths. The top five reported cases were Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea, and COVID-19; these five diseases account for 93% of the total number of reported cases of Class B infectious diseases.
From 00:00 on Sept. 1 to 24:00 on Sept. 30, a total of 7,172 diagnosed cases and no (0) deaths of novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) were reported in Mainland China.
In the same period, there was no incidence and morbidity report of filariasis in Class C infectious diseases, and

2022年9月（2022年9月1日0时至9月30日24时），全国（不含香港、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区，下同）共报告法定传染病486329例，死亡2292人。
其中，甲类传染病报告5例病例，包括鼠疫1例，霍乱4例；报告死亡1人，为鼠疫病例。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、白喉和人感染H7N9禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余23种乙类传染病共报告发病261104例，报告死亡2288人。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病及新型冠状病毒肺炎，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的93%。9月1日0时至9月30日24时，全国31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊病例7172例，无死亡病例报告。
同期，丙类传染病共报告发病225220例，报告3人死亡。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为流行性感
