2017年（2017年
01月01日00：00～12月31日24：00）の、全国（香港マカオ台湾含まず）の法定伝染患者は7,030,879名、死亡者は19,796名であり、発症率は10万人あたり509.54人（前年比2.95人増）、死亡率は10万人あたり1.43人であった（0.1人増）。

丙類：7,407人減少：にインフルエンザが16,068、その他感染性下痢症が3,893いつのまにか増加しています、主な減少の内訳（①手足口▲22,885、②おたふくかぜ▲2,056、③エキノコッカス症▲1,425、④三日はしか▲555、⑤ハンセン病▲374）。
結核で約30万人、肝炎で20万人がいなかったことにされているのは例年と同様、これが、乙類、丙類それぞれの年間合計との差となっているといっても過言ではない。
2017年の全国法定伝染病の類別統計：
一にA（甲）類伝染病では、ペストで発症1例、死亡1例、コレラで14例の発症報告があるものの死亡例は出ておらず、報告発症率は10万人あたり0.0010人となっており、2016年より50％下降している。
二に、B（乙）類伝染病では、SARSやポリオ、ジフテリア、ヒト感染高病原性鳥インフルエンザ、ジフテリアでの発症・死亡報告がなかった以外、その他で発症者3,064,058例、死亡者19,641例が報告されている； 報告された発症率は10万人あたり222.06であり、昨年より3.64%上昇しているが；死亡率は1.42であり、昨年より8.59%上昇している。 報告発症者数ワースト5は、ウィルス性肝炎、肺結核、梅毒、淋病、細菌性及びアメーバ性赤痢、

2017年（2017年1月1日零时至12月31日24时），全国（不含港澳台，下同）共报告法定传染病发病7030879例，死亡19796人，报告发病率为509.54/10万，报告死亡率为1.43/10万。
2017年全国法定传染病按类别统计：一是甲类传染病中鼠疫报告发病1例，死亡1人，霍乱报告发病14例，无死亡，报告发病率为0.0010/10万，较2016年下降50.00%。二是乙类传染病除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和白喉无发病、死亡报告外，其他共报告发病3064058例，死亡19641人，报告发病率为222.06/10万，报告死亡率为1.42/10万，较2016年报告发病率上升3.64％，报告死亡率上升8.59％。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾，占乙类传染病报告发病总数的92.78%；报告死亡数居前5位的病种依次为艾滋病、肺结核、病毒性肝炎、狂犬病和人感染H7N9禽流感，占乙类传染病报告死亡总数的98.81%。三是丙类传染病除丝虫病无发病、死

In 2017 (00:00 on January 1st, 2017 to 00:00 on December 31st), the country (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, the same below) reported a total of 7030879 statutory infectious diseases, with 19,796 deaths, and the reported incidence rate was 509.54/10. National statutory infectious diseases in 2017 by category statistics:

The diseases were AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, rabies and human infection with H7N9 bird flu, which accounted for 98.81% of the total number of reported deaths of Class B infectious diseases.
