疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（10月2日）、「新たにデング熱の本土症例3例が増えたが、うち1例は台北市士林区の80代男性で、9月26日に発熱及び倦怠感などの症状が現れたとともに翌日病院を受診し9月30日にまだ症状が緩解せず、病院の救急外来を受診し入院していたが、10月1日に試験でデング熱陽性が確認され診断が確定された。患者は潜伏期間中に国外への渡航歴は無く、桃園市の本土症例が発生した地区での活動例があった。 主な活動地は住居及び近隣の公園となっており、本土症例と判断されたが、感染源は調査中。 現在入院治療中だが、同居者にはこれまでのところ全員症状が出ていない；更に、残りの2例は、桃園市亀山区のコミュニティにおけるクラスターであり、同じ家でのもの。 それぞれ60代男性と70代女性となるが、前者はクラスターの初号患者が潜伏期間に共同での活動歴があり、衛生単位の拡大検査で見つかったものだ。衛生単位は前出の患者所在地及び周辺のか密度調査及び発生源の清掃などの予防治療活動を行っており、近隣住民の健康観察を強化すると同時に現地の病院には通報警戒を怠らぬように要請している」と発表した。
疾管署の統計によると、2025年10月1日現在、デング熱の国内感染例は累計で20例確認されているが、それぞれ高雄市で12例、桃園市で6例、宜蘭県及び台北市の各1例となるが、重症者や死亡者は出ていない；更に、今年の輸入症例は計183例となっており、これは過去6年間（2020年～2024年）の同時期（9～219例）で二番目に多い数となっているが、これら症例のほとんどは東南アジア諸国からの輸入症例（92％を占める）であり、インドネシアからの56例が最多で、これにベトナムの44例、フィリピンの24例、タイの20例）が続く。世界においては、流行が続いており、今年はこれまでに累計で426万例を超えている。南米ブラジルでの流行が深刻であるが、コロンビアやメキシコでの感染者数が多くを占めている；最近ではアジア諸国、バングラデシュや中国での流行が増加傾向を呈しており、バングラデシュや中国、ベトナム、スリランカおよびカンボジア等では昨年の同期を上回っている。

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) announced today (October 2) three new locally acquired dengue fever cases. One of the cases involves an 80-year-old man residing in Shilin District, Taipei City. He developed fever and fatigue on September 26 and sought medical attention the following day. His symptoms did not improve, and he was admitted to the hospital on September 30. He tested positive for dengue fever on October 1. During his incubation period, he had no travel history outside Taiwan and no history of activity in areas with local dengue outbreaks in Taoyuan City. His main activities were around his residence and a nearby park. He is considered a locally acquired case, and the source of infection is still under investigation. He is currently hospitalized and receiving treatment; his household members are asymptomatic. The other two cases are part of a cluster in Guishan District, Taoyuan City, involving two members of the same household: a man in his 60s and a woman in her 70s. The man had contact with the index case during the incubation period, and both were identified through expanded testing by the health authorities. Health authorities are continuing vector control measures, including mosquito population surveys and breeding site elimination, in the areas where the cases reside. They are also strengthening health monitoring of nearby residents and urging local medical institutions to remain vigilant and report any suspected cases.
According to CDC statistics, as of October 1, 2025, there have been 20 confirmed local cases of dengue fever, The cases were located in Kaohsiung City (12 cases), Taoyuan City (6 cases), Yilan County and Taipei City (1 case each); there were no severe cases or deaths; In addition, a total of 183 imported cases were reported, the second-highest number over the same period in the past six years 2020-2024 (ranging from 9 to 219 cases). 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(2)日公布新增3例本土登革熱確定病例，其中1例為居住臺北市士林區80多歲男性，9月26日出現發燒及倦怠等症狀，並於次日就醫，9月30日因症狀未緩解至急診就醫並收治住院，10月1日檢驗陽性確診登革熱，個案於潛伏期無國外旅遊史及桃園市本土登革熱疫情發生地區活動史，主要活動地點為居住地及鄰近公園，研判為本土病例，感染源仍待釐清，目前住院治療中，同住者目前皆無症狀；另2例為桃園市龜山區社區群聚案，為同一家戶，分別為60多歲男性及70多歲女性，前者與群聚指標個案於潛伏期曾有共同活動史，經衛生單位擴大採檢主動發現。衛生單位持續針對前揭個案居住地及及周圍環境進行病媒蚊密度調查及孳生源清除等防治工作，加強附近居民健康監測，同時請當地醫療院所提高通報警覺。
依據疾管署統計，今(2025)年截至10月1日累計20例本土登革熱確定病例，分別居住於高雄市(12例)、桃園市(6例)、宜蘭縣及臺北市(各1例)，無重症及死亡病例；另累計183例境外移入病例，為近6年同期次高(2020年至2024年介於9-219例)，多自東南亞國家移入(占92%)，以印尼(56例)為多，其次為越南(44例)、菲律賓(24例)及泰國(20例)。全球登革熱疫情持續，今年迄今累計逾426萬例病例，以美洲地區巴西疫情較為嚴峻，哥倫比亞及墨西哥等國病例數亦多；近期亞洲地區鄰近國家如孟加拉及中國疫情呈上升趨勢，孟加拉、中國、越南、斯里蘭卡、柬埔寨等國今年病例數較去年同期為高。
