最近、海外メディアが、A/H3N2型のインフルエンザウイルスが新たな変異株サブクレードKに変化し、一部の国で例年よりその流行が深刻化していると報じた。
中国疾病予防管理センターが発表した最新のインフルエンザ観測週報によると、2025年第46週に南部各省で検出されたインフルエンザウイルス陽性検体3,439検体のうち3,362検体がA/H3N2であったのに対し、北部各省では検出されたインフルエンザウイルス陽性検体3,563検体のうち、3,535検体がA/H3N2であった。データによると、中国南方も北方も流行株中、いずれもA/H3N2が圧倒的に優勢にある。

The flu is currently still at seasonal levels.
Recently, foreign media reported that the H3N2 influenza A virus has evolved into a new variant, the K subclade, which is causing the flu season in some countries to be more severe than usual.
The latest weekly influenza surveillance report released by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention shows that in the 46th week of 2025, of the 3,439 positive influenza virus samples detected in southern provinces, 3,362 were influenza A (H3N2), while of the 3,563 positive influenza virus samples detected in northern provinces, 3,535 were influenza A (H3N2). The data indicates that influenza A (H3N2) is the dominant circulating strain in both southern and northern China.
Regarding the claim that influenza viruses are “evolving” and becoming increasingly virulent, Peng Zhibin, a researcher at the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, stated that the virus is currently still at a seasonal epidemic level, and its mutations and evolution are not becoming increasingly powerful. The pathogens detected at this stage are all common and known pathogens; no new infectious diseases caused by unknown pathogens or existing pathogens have been found.

当前流感仍处于季节性流行水平
近日，有外媒报道，流感甲型H3N2病毒演变成新变种K亚分支，正导致一些国家的流感季比往常更严重。
中国疾病预防控制中心发布的最新一期流感监测周报显示，2025年第46周，南方省份检测到的3439份流感病毒阳性标本中3362份为甲型H3N2，北方省份检测到的3563份流感病毒阳性标本，3535份为甲型H3N2。数据表明，无论我国南方还是北方，甲型H3N2在流行毒株中均占绝对优势。
针对流感病毒“进化”得越来越强这一说法，中国疾病预防控制中心研究员彭质斌表示，当前仍处于季节性流行水平，并不是所谓的变异越来越强，进化越来越强。现阶段检出的病原体都是常见已知病原体，没有发现由未知病原体或者由这个病原体导致的新发传染病。
