疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（9月30日）、「中秋節が近づき、人々の交流の機会が増えるが、インフルエンザや新型コロナウイルスの公費接種対象者は、早急にワクチンを接種し、個人衛生と飲食の安全に留意し、正確な手洗い励行や症状がある場合、マスクを着用し、体調不良時は自宅で療養するなど、呼吸器系や腸管系の感染症の感染・伝播リスクの軽減をするように」と発表した。
疾管署は「今年（2025年）のインフルエンザワクチン公費接種の第一段階が明日（10月1日）から開始される。接種有資格者はプログラムが開始されたら急いで接種を受けるよう強く推奨する。流行監視データによると、第39週（9月21日～27日）には、インフルエンザ様疾患による外来および救急外来の受診者数が129,831人回で、前週比10.2%増となっており、最近は増加傾向にあり、インフルエンザは流行期にある；臨床検査データによると、現在、インフルエンザウイルスは地域社会で蔓延している主要な呼吸器病原体であり、A（H3N2）型が最も多く、次いでA（H1N1）型とB型となっているが、我々は流行状況の推移を引き続き監視してゆく。今年10月1日～31日の間、公費による抗インフルエンザウイルス薬の使用条件が拡大されるが、医師が患者が基準を満たしていると判断した場合、迅速検査抜きで薬公費抗ウイルス剤の処方ができるため、最適なタイミングで薬の服用が可能になる。花蓮県馬太鞍渓堰止湖の被災状況を受け、疾管署は既に公費抗ウイルス薬の使用を拡大し、被災避難所の住民に対し、インフルエンザワクチンとCOVID-19ワクチンの公費接種を優先的に実施するとともに、10月1日から、被災者を含む光復郷の住民や衛生所職員、災害救援隊員へのワクチン接種を拡大し、被災後の人々の健康を守り、インフルエンザ流行のインパクトを軽減してゆく」としている。

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(30)日表示，中秋連假將近，民眾交流往來機會增加，建議符合公費流感及新冠疫苗接種資格民眾儘速安排接種，並注意個人衛生及飲食安全，落實正確勤洗手、有症狀戴口罩及生病在家休息等，以降低呼吸道及腸道傳染病感染或傳播的風險。
疾管署說明，今(114)年度公費流感疫苗第一階段將於明(10/1)日開打，呼籲符合接種資格的民眾，疫苗開打後儘快接種疫苗。另依疫情監測資料顯示，第39週(9/21-9/27)類流感門急診就診計129,831人次，較前一週上升10.2%，近期呈上升趨勢，且處流感流行期；依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H3N2為多，其次為A型H1N1及B型，持續觀察疫情變化。自今年10月1日起至10月31日止，擴大公費流感抗病毒藥劑使用條件，倘經醫師判斷符合條件者，不需流感快篩，即可開立公費流感抗病毒藥劑，以把握用藥時機。另因應花蓮縣馬太鞍溪堰塞湖受災情形，疾管署已將受災安置收容所民眾納入公費流感抗病毒藥劑擴大使用對象及優先接種公費流感新冠疫苗，並自10月1日起，擴大提供光復鄉居民(含災民)、衛生所人員及救災人員接種，以保障災後人員健康，降低流感疫情衝擊。
