疾病管制署（以下疾管署）は本日（12月30日）、「年末が近づくにつれ、人々は食事や大晦日の行事、旅行をするなどの機会が増え、感染症の感染リスクが高まる可能性がある。
インフルエンザやCOVID-19などの呼吸器疾患の予防強化のため、種々の活動に参加する際には、手指衛生や飲食の衛生を図り、混雑した場所に入る際には、マスクの着用や病気の際には家で休養を取ること、咳エチケットを順守することなど、自分と家族の健康を守らねばならない」と発表した。
疾管署は、「2025年12月29日時点で、公費負担のインフルエンザワクチンは約658万9千人回接種されており、全国では約23万8千回分が残っているが、COVID-19のワクチン累計接種回数は約156万8千人回に達したが、これにはノババックス社製JN.1ワクチン約3万5千人回が含まれている。
さらに、2026年1月1日からは、COVID-19ワクチンの公費接種プログラムの対象が拡大され、6か月以上ワクチン接種を受けていない個人も対象とされ、早期の予防、感染後の症状の軽減、重篤な合併症や死亡のリスク軽減のため、国民の皆様には子供も高齢者を連れてワクチン接種を受けに行ってほしい」と説明する。
疾管署データによると、第52週（12月21日～27日）には、インフルエンザ様疾患による外来および救急外来の受診件数が81,557人回となり、前週とほぼ同等であった；
さらに、先週（12月23日～29日）は、新たに重篤なインフルエンザ合併症患者11例（H1N1型1例、H3N2型10例）が報告され、死者4例（H1N1型1例、H3N2型3例）が報告された。
臨床検査データによると、現在地域で蔓延している主な呼吸器病原体はインフルエンザウイルスであり、A/H3N2型が最多で、これにB型とA/H1N1型が次ぐ。
今インフルエンザシーズン（2025～2026年）では、重症患者407例（H1N1型114例、H3N2型288例、未分類A型1例、B型4例）、死者78例（H1N1型24例、H3N2型53例、B型1例）が発生しているが、うち、重症患者の大部分は、65歳以上の高齢者（64%）と慢性疾患の既往歴のある患者（83%）が多くを占め、患者の90%は今シーズンのワクチン接種を受けていなかった。中国、日本、韓国におけるインフルエ

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) stated today (December 30) that, with the year-end approaching, frequent gatherings, New Year’s Eve activities, and travel may increase the risk of disease transmission.
To strengthen prevention against respiratory infectious diseases such as influenza and COVID-19, the CDC reminds everyone to practice good hygiene habits, including handwashing, food hygiene, wearing masks in crowded places, staying home when sick, and observing cough etiquette, to protect the health of themselves and their families.
CDC explained that approximately 6.589 million doses of publicly funded influenza vaccine have been administered as of December 29, 2023, with approximately 238,000 doses remaining nationwide.
The cumulative number of COVID-19 vaccinations is approximately 1.568 million, including approximately 35,000 doses of Novavax JN.1 vaccine. Furthermore, starting from January 1, 2026, the scope of government-funded COVID-19 vaccines will be expanded to include individuals who have not yet been vaccinated after 6 months.
The public is encouraged to bring their children and elderly relatives to get vaccinated ASAP to obtain protection, prevent discomfort after infection, and reduce the risk of severe complications and death.
According to data from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), in week 52 (December 21-27), there were 81,557 outpatient and emergency room visits for influenza-like illnesses, almost same as the previous week;
Further, Last week (December 23-29), 11 new cases of severe influenza complications were reported (1 case of H1N1, 10 cases of H3N2) and 4 deaths were reported (1 case of H1N1, 3 cases of H3N2).
Laboratory monitoring data shows that the predominant respiratory pathogen circulating in the community is influenza virus, with A/H3N2 being the most common, followed by type B and A/H1N1.
This flu season (2015-2016) has seen a cumulative total of 407 severe cases (114 H1N1, 288 H3N2, 1 unidentified type A, and 4 type B) and 78 deaths (24 H1N1, 53 H3N2, and 1 type B).
Severe cases were predominantly among those aged 65 and above (64%) and those with a history of chronic illness (83%), and 90% had not received the flu vaccine this season.

疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(30)日表示，歲末將近，民眾聚餐、跨年活動及旅遊等活動頻繁，可能增加疾病傳播風險，為加強防範流感及新冠等呼吸道傳染病，提醒在參加各項活動之餘，應落實手部清潔、注意飲食衛生，出入人多擁擠場所建議佩戴口罩、生病在家休息及遵守咳嗽禮節等衛生習慣，保護自己及家人的健康。
疾管署說明，截至今(114)年12月29日，公費流感疫苗接種數約658.9萬人次，全國流感疫苗尚餘約23.8萬劑，
新冠疫苗接種累計約156.8萬人次，其中Novavax JN.1疫苗接種約3.5萬人次，另自明(115)年1月1日起，新冠疫苗公費對象擴大提供滿6個月以上尚未接種之民眾，鼓勵民眾攜幼扶老一起接種，及早獲得保護力，預防感染後引發之不適及降低併發重症與死亡風險。
依據疾管署監測資料顯示，第52週(12/21-12/27)類流感門急診就診計81,557人次，與前一週相當；
另上週(12/23-12/29)新增11例流感併發重症病例(1例H1N1、10例H3N2)及4例死亡(1例H1N1、3例H3N2)。
依實驗室監測資料顯示，目前社區中流行之呼吸道病原體以流感病毒為主，其中以A型H3N2為多，其次為B型及A型H1N1。
本(114-115)流感季累計407例重症病例(114例H1N1、288例H3N2、1例A未分型、4例B型)及78例死亡(24例H1N1、53例H3N2、1例B型)，其中重症病例以65歲以上長者(占64%)及具慢性病史者(占83%)為多，90%未接種本季流感疫苗。
