台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「7月06日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が29例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例27例、輸入症例2例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たに17例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例27例が増えた（うち15例は在宅隔中或いは隔離期間満了検査で陽性となった人である：（宮本注 つまり、2週間或いは3週間を超えて感染が確認された事例が斯くも多く存在しているという情報を台湾政府が公開））が、5歳未満から70代までの男性17人、女性10人であり、2021年6月10日～7月05日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、台北市が14例と最多で、次いで新北市の11例、屏東県、彰化県各1例となっている； そのうち、17例の感染源は既に判明、0例が関連不明、10例が疫学調査中となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。

指揮センターは、「最近隔離を解除された確診症例については、5月11日～ 7月4日迄に発表された13,821例中、既に11,180人が隔離を解除されており、確診患者総数の80.8％が隔離解除されたことになる」と指摘する。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on July 06 that there were 29 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 27 local cases and two (2) imported cases from abroad. There was 17 new death among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 27 local cases (of which 15 cases were those who tested positive during home quarantine/isolation or after the expiry date of isolation) today are 17 males and 10 females, aged under 5 to in their 70s, with onset dates between June 10 and July 05, 2021. The distribution of cases is 14 cases in Taipei City, followed by 11 cases in New Taipei City, 1 case each in Pingtung County, Changhua County; Out of 27 local cases, 10 cases are known their sources of infection, 0 case’s relation is unknown, 10 cases are under investigation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 17 new deaths reported today are, 14 males and 3 females. The onset date is between May 16 and July 2, the date of diagnosis is between May 19 and July 5, the date of death is between June 28 and July 5; as for details, see the attachment.
The command center pointed out that as for the recently released diagnosed cases from isolation, 11,180 people have been released from quarantine, among 13,831 confirmed cases announced from May 11 to July 4. The number of people released from quarantine has reached 80.8% of the confirmed cases.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(6)日公布國內新增29例COVID-19確定病例，分別為27例本土及2例境外移入；另確診個案中新增17例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之27例本土病例(其中15例為居家隔離期間或期滿檢驗陽性者)，為17例男性、10例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至70多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年6月10日至7月5日。個案分布以臺北市14例最多，其次為新北市11例、屏東縣及彰化縣各1例；其中17例為已知感染源、10例調查中，相關疫情調查持續進行中。
