中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月28日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例3例が確定診断されたが、それぞれインドネシア（第1115号、1116号）及びインドからの輸入症例（第1117号）だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1115号、1116号患者は、インドネシア籍の20代女性と20代男性で、彼らは、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持ち、2021年4月11日にともに就学のため来台した。 来台後は学校が手配した場所で在宅隔離に入ったが期間中に症状はなかった。4月26日、隔離期間満了後に、学校が手配した専用車で病院に行き検査を受けたところ本日確定診断された（第1115号のCt値32、第1116号のCt値30）。 既に同じ車両の濃厚接触者15人が把握されているが、皆適切な防護をしており、自主健康管理とした」と発表した（宮本注： 出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月11日に来台した2人が入国後）18日目にして確定診断されたということです）。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on April 28 that three new confirmed cases of imported COVID19 were imported from Indonesia (Case 1115, Case 1116) and India (Case 1117).
The command center said, the Cases 1115 and 1116 are Indonesian women in her 20s and men in his 20s. They came to Taiwan to study together on April 11, 2021 holding a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering the country, the school arranged a place(s) for home quarantine, and they were asymptomatic during the period; After the quarantine period expired on April 26, the school arranged a special car to the hospital for inspection, and the diagnosis was confirmed today (case 1115: Ct value 32; case 1116: Ct value 30). 15 people are grasped as close contacts on the car with them, as all of whom had proper protection they are listed as independent health management.
The command center pointed out that Case 1117 is a Taiwanese man in his 30s. He went to work in India in February (2020) and returned to Taiwan on April 13 this year holding a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(28)日公布國內新增3例境外移入COVID-19確定病例，自印尼(案1115、案1116)及印度(案1117)入境。
指揮中心表示，案1115、案1116為印尼籍20多歲女性及20多歲男性，今(2021)年4月11日一同來臺就學，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後由校方安排住所進行居家檢疫，期間並無症狀；4月26日檢疫期滿後，經校方安排專車至醫院採檢，於今日確診(案1115：Ct值32；案1116：Ct值30)。已掌握2人同車接觸者15人，均有適當防護，列自主健康管理。
指揮中心指出，案1117為本國籍30多歲男性，去(2020)年2月至印度工作，今年4月13日返國，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至防疫旅館進行檢疫，4月24日出現輕微咳嗽症狀，隔日因腹瀉及發燒，
