台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、10月01日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が11例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例0例、輸入症例11例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たな死亡者は1例」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日新たに増えた死亡例1例（第6426号）は、60代の女性だが、慢性疾患歴および万華区での行動歴があり、5月19日に咳や発熱などの症状が現れ、5月22日に迅速診断で陽性となり、衛生単位が隔離を手配、5月27日に確診され5月31日に入院治療を受けていたが、7月23日に隔離が解除されるも9月29日に死亡した」と説明した。
指揮センターは、「本日増えた輸入症例11例は、10代から40代の男性5例、女性6例であり、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明書を携えて9月17日から9月30日の間に 米国（6例： 第16334～16336号、第16339号～16340号、16343号）、ホンジュラス（第16337号）、日本（第16338号）、インドネシア（第16341号）、ベトナム（第16344号）及びカンボジア（第16344号）から入境した。詳細は『☞ 20211001F 台湾新規増加輸入症例11名のリスト』を参照されたい」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (October 01) that there were 11 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 0 local and 11 imported cases; further, there was 1 death.
The command center stated that there is one new death case (case 6426) today, a female in her 60s with a history of chronic diseases and a history of activities in Wanhua District. She developed symptoms such as cough and fever on May 19, 2021. She was isolated by the health unit on May 22 due to a quick positive test. She was diagnosed on May 27. She was admitted to hospital on May 31, released from isolation on July 23, and died on September 29.
The command center explained that there were 11 new cases of immigration from abroad today, including 5 males and 6 females, aged in their 10s to 40s. They were from the United States (6 cases, case 16334, case 16335, case 16336, case 16339, case 16340, case 16343), Honduras (case 16337), Japan (case 16338), Indonesia (case 16341), Vietnam (case 16342) and Cambodia (Case 16344) holding a negative test report within 3 days before their flight;

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(1)日公布國內新增11例COVID-19確定病例，均為境外移入；另確診個案中新增1例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增1例死亡個案(案6426)，為60多歲女性，有慢性病史及萬華區活動史，今(2021)年5月19日出現咳嗽、發燒等症狀，5月22日因快篩陽性由衛生單位安排隔離，5月27日確診，5月31日收治住院，7月23日解除隔離，9月29日死亡。
指揮中心說明，今日新增11例境外移入個案，為5例男性、6例女性，年齡介於10多歲至40多歲，分別自美國(6例，案16334、案16335、案16336、案16339、案16340、案16343)、宏都拉斯(案16337)、日本(案16338)、印尼(案16341)、越南(案16342)及柬埔寨(案16344)入境，入境日介於今年9月17日至9月30日，皆持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告；詳如新聞稿附件。
