台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日10月25日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が8例増えたが、本土症例2例、輸入症例6例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たな死亡者1例が出た」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例2例中、第16485号患者は、20代男性だが、本年10月24日に患者を見舞うために検査を受けたところ、本日確診された（Ct値33、血清抗体IgM陰性、IgG陽性）； 既に接触者1人がリストアップされ、在宅隔離に。 16486号患者は、40代男性で、10月23日に別の理由から検査を受けたところ、本日確診された（Ct値37、血清抗体IgM陰性、IgG陽性）；既に接触者5人がリストアップされ、在宅隔離に。衛生単位では、流行の調査及び予防治療活動を継続、感染源を調査している」とした。
指揮センターは、「本日増えた輸入症例6例は、10代から50代の男性2例、女性4例であり、「出国前72時間以内の陰性証明書を携えて」10月10日から10月22日の間に、英国（第16479号）、米国（第16480号）、及びインドネシア（4例： 第16481号～16484号）、から入境した。詳細は『☞ 20211025F 台湾新規増加輸入症例6名のリスト』を参照されたい」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (October 25) that there were 8 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 2 local and 6 imported cases; further, there was 1 death.
The command center stated that among the two newly added local cases today, case 16485 is a male in his 20s who was tested on October 24 due to accompany needs and was diagnosed today (Ct value 33, serum antibody IgM negative, IgG positive); 1 contact has been listed and is listed in home quarantine. Case 16486 is a male in his 40s who was tested for other reasons on October 23 and was diagnosed today (Ct value 37, serum antibody IgM negative, IgG positive); 5 contacts have been listed, all of whom are listed in home quarantine. The health unit will continue to carry out epidemic investigation and prevention work to clarify the source of infection.
According to the command center, there are 6 new cases of immigration from abroad today, consisting of 2 males and 4 females, aged in their 10s to 50s. They came from the United Kingdom (Case 16479), the United States (Case 16480) and Indonesia (4 cases: cases 16481-16484) between October 10 and October 22 holding a negative test report within 3 days before the flight; as for the details, please refer to the attached.
The command center pointed out that one new death case was added today (Case 12235), a man in his 80s with a history of chronic disease and exposure to related activities; On June 8th, he went to the doctor for examination due to the symptoms of loss of appetite and lethargy. 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(25)日公布國內新增8例COVID-19確定病例，分別為2例本土、6例境外移入；另確診個案中新增1例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增2例本土個案中，案16485為20多歲男性，今(2021)年10月24日因陪病需求進行採檢，於今日確診(Ct值33，血清抗體IgM陰性、IgG陽性)；已匡列接觸者1人，列居家隔離。案16486為40多歲男性，10月23日因其他原因進行採檢，於今日確診(Ct值37，血清抗體IgM陰性、IgG陽性)；已匡列接觸者5人，均列居家隔離。衛生單位將持續進行疫情調查及防治工作，以釐清感染源。
指揮中心說明，今日新增6例境外移入個案，為2例男性、4例女性，年齡介於10多歲至50多歲，分別自英國(案16479)、美國(案16480)及印尼(4例，案16481-16484)入境，入境日介於10月10日至10月22日，皆持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告；詳如新聞稿附件。
