中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本5月06日、新たにCOVID-19の輸入症例12例が確定診断されたが、フィリピン（第1162～1167号、1171～1173号）、ベトナム（第1168号、1169号）及びインドネシア（第1170号）からの輸入症例だ」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「第1162号～1166号患者は、それぞれ女性3名、男性2名、30代～40代のフィリピン籍の出稼ぎ労働者であり、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持ち、2021年4月21日に就労のため来台した。 彼らは来台後、集中検疫所で隔離され、5月4日に隔離期間満了前検査を行ったところ、本日確定診断された（Ct値は26～34）。5人は、来台後無症状であり、隔離期間中に他人との接触がなかったことから接触者リストは作成していない」と指摘している（宮本注： 出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月21日に来台し、隔離期間終了後に、入国後16日目にして確定診断されたということです）。
指揮センターは、「第1167号患者は、フィリピン籍の30代男性漁師で、出国前72時間以内の陰性証明を持ち、2021年4月22日に就労のため来台、来台後は集中検疫所で隔離をしていたが5月5日に隔離期間満了前検査を受けたところ本日確定診断された。患者は来台以後無症状だったこと、隔離期間中に他人との接触がなかったことから接触者リストは作成していない（出国前72時間以内の陰性証明をもって4月22日に来台した人が、隔離期間満了後の入国後15日目にして確定診断されたということです）。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on May 6th that there were 12 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 imported from abroad. They entered the Philippines (Case 1162 to Case 1167, Case 1171 to Case 1173), Vietnam (Case 1168 and Case 1169) and Indonesia (Case 1170).
The command center said, the Cases 1162 to 1166 are all Filipino migrant workers, 3 women and 2 men, aged in their 30s to 40s. They came to work in Taiwan on April 21, 2021, and they all had a negative test report within 3 days before boarding. After entering Taiwan, they went to the centralized quarantine station for quarantine. They got examined before the expiration of the quarantine period on May 4, and they were diagnosed today (Ct values ranged from 26 to 34). The five cases were asymptomatic during their stay in Taiwan and did not have any contact with others during the quarantine period, so no contacts were listed.
Case 1167 is a Filipino fisherman who came to work in Taiwan on April 22 this year holding a negative test report within 3 days before the flight. After entering Taiwan, he went to the centralized quarantine station for quarantine, and was taken before the expiration of the quarantine period on May 5, and he was diagnosed today. The case did not have symptoms while in Taiwan,

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(6)日公布國內新增12例境外移入COVID-19確定病例，自菲律賓(案1162至案1167、案1171至案1173)、越南(案1168及案1169)及印尼(案1170)入境。
指揮中心表示，案1162至案1166均為菲律賓籍移工，分別為3女2男，年齡介於3 0多歲至40多歲，今(2021)年4月21日來臺工作，皆持有登機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至集中檢疫所檢疫，5月4日進行檢疫期滿前採檢，於今日確診(Ct值介於26至34)。5名個案在臺期間並無症狀，檢疫期間未與他人接觸，故無匡列接觸者。
案1167為菲律賓籍30多歲男性漁工，今年4月22日來臺工作，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至集中檢疫所檢疫，5月5日進行檢疫期滿前採檢，於今日確診。個案在臺期間並無症狀，檢疫期間未與他人接觸，故無匡列接觸者。
案1168及案1169均為越南籍20多歲女性移工，今年4月19日來臺工作，持有搭機前3日內檢驗陰性報告，入境後至防疫旅館檢疫，5月4日進行檢疫期滿採檢，於今日確診(案1168 Ct值：23； 案1169 Ct值：23)。
