11日、国家医療保障局は定例記者会見を開き、医療保険活動の関連状況を紹介した。
住民医療保険の加入規模は2023年度同期とほぼ同等
国家医療保障局規財法規司の朱永峰副司長は、2023年の医療保険基金の運営は総じて安定しており、次の3つの特徴があると述べた：
一） 総体的に状況が安定しており、全体の資金残高は適正にバランスがとれていること。2023年の基本医療保険総合調整基金（出産育児保険を含む）の総収入は2兆7千億元、総支出は2兆2千億元となり、現在の基金の残高は5千億元、累計残高は3兆4千億元となっている。うち、従業員医療保険調整基金の累計残高は2兆6千億元、住民医療保険調整基金残高は7千600億元以上となっている。
二） 基金支出が回復的に伸びていること。2023年、従業員と住民の基本医療保険基金の支出はそれぞれ前年同期比で16.9％、12.4％の増加を呈し、全国の外来・入院患者の決済件数は82億4千700万人回となり、前年比27％の増加となった。
三） 基金の使用範囲がさらに拡大されたこと。従業員の口座を家族が共同利用できる一方で；外来医薬

居民医保参保规模与2023年同期基本持平
国家医保局规财法规司副司长朱永峰介绍，2023年医保基金运行总体平稳，具有3个特点：
一是总体保持稳定，统筹基金实现合理结余。2023年基本医疗保险统筹基金（含生育保险）总收入2.7万亿元，总支出2.2万亿元，统筹基金当期结余5000亿元，累计结余3.4万亿元。其中，职工医保统筹基金累计结余2.6万亿元，居民医保统筹基金累计结余7600多亿元。
