疾病管制署今(26)日表示，每年約有近千名民眾遭毒蛇咬傷，國內較常見的毒蛇分別為出血性毒的龜殼花、赤尾鮐（俗稱赤尾青竹絲）與百步蛇；神經性毒的飯匙倩（俗稱眼鏡蛇）與雨傘節，以及兼具出血和神經毒的鎖鏈蛇。被毒蛇咬傷的治療方式為注射抗蛇毒血清，該署為全國唯一生產供應抗蛇毒血清機構，目前有194家醫療院所儲備抗蛇毒血清供民眾救急，由於抗蛇毒血清為醫師處方用藥，如有使用需求可先透過「抗蛇毒血清儲備點查
