上海市衛生計生委は1月3日、上海市でH7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者1名が出たと発表。
専門家は、秋から冬の時期はインフルエンザのピーク期であり、今後一定期間にヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザが散発的に発生する可能性があるとしている。

国家衛生計生委インフルエンザ治療専門家グループのメンバーで、上海市公衆衛生臨床センターの専門家の盧洪洲は、昨日、前日の14時に患者の居る病院に会診にいったが、患者の病状は現在重く、重症肺炎と同時にショック症状が現れており、現在病院にて個室で隔離治療を受けており、 現在疾病管理部門が当該患者の濃厚接触者に対して疫学調査を実施していると語った。
盧洪洲は、「家族を通じ、この患者が以前に妻と一緒に市場にゆき生きた鶏を購入し、屋台のある現場で屠殺しているが、二人は解体するのを見ていたことが判明。同時に、患者が確診される前に、発熱や咳などの症状が現れていたことも判明。昨日時点で、妻の状況は良好であり、感染症状は表れていず『現時点の乙類伝染病管理弁法に従い、患者が確診された後はこれに基づき治療をしている』 国家の規定に基づけば、2013年11月1日より上海市はヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザを乙類伝染病として管理している」と語った。

据通报，患者 （FT#150）周某某，男，86岁，本市户籍。于1月3日确诊，现在本市某医院治疗。
国家卫计委流感救治专家组成员、上海市公共卫生临床中心专家卢洪洲昨日表示，前日14时，他即前往患者所在医院进行会诊，患者病情目前较为严重，重症肺炎，同时出现休克症状，目前在医院进行单间隔离治疗。目前，疾控部门也正对该患者密切接触者进行流行病学调查。
