福建省衛生計生委は、 1月10日午後、 同省で ヒト感染H7N9鳥インフルエンザ患者1名が発生したと発表。
患者 (FT#163)は、 38歳 男性の 曽さんで、 泉州市恵安県に居住。
1月3日、 咳と息切れなどの症状が出たが、 医師にはかからず、 肺結核と 塵肺等の 病歴があった。
1月8日、 病状が悪化し、 泉州市の某病院に 入院して治療を受ける。
1月10日 未明、 泉州市疾病管理センターの 実験室で 検査をしたところ、 ヒト感染 H7N9鳥インフルエンザウィルス 陽性となり、 省疾病管理センターで 再検査をしたところ、 H7N9患者と 確診された。
1月10日 午前、 治療の甲斐なく 亡くなっている。
