日前公布，中國通報2例H9N2流感病例，為2名女童，彼此無關聯，但都有禽鳥接觸史。疾管署提醒，民眾到中國觀光經商應避免接觸禽鳥、吃蛋熟食，注意衛生。
衛生福利部疾病管制署副署長羅一鈞下午在疫情週報指出，WHO於12月4日公布，中國於11月12日及22日各通報新增1例H9N2病例，為中國此流行季（10月起）首2例新型A型流感病例。
羅一鈞說，兩名個案間無流病關聯，其中一例為福建省三明市4歲女童，10月26日發病，病情輕微；另一例為安徽省阜陽市5歲女童，11月12日發病，現已康復，兩人發病前皆都有家禽或家禽屠宰場暴露史。
