疾病管制署（以下CDC）は本日2月27日、台湾で新たにMpoxの感染者2名が確認されたと発表したが、いずれも中部および南部在住の30代男性であり、それぞれ2月の中頃から体に紅疹や水疱などの症状が相次ぎ現れ、医師の診察を受けた後の検査で報告がなされ、それぞれ2月23日と26日に陽性と診断された。感染者2名には最近の海外渡航歴がないことから国内感染者と判断され、現在は、帰宅し自主健康管理中だが、国内で確認された感染者が報告されたのは今年（2024年）初のことである；疫学調査により合計7人の関連接触者が特定され、既に彼らは21日間にわたる健康教育と自己健康モニタリングを受けているところである。調査の結果、患者2人にはいずれもMpoxワクチンの2回接種記録がなかった（1例はワクチン未接種、もう1例は1回接種のみ）が、ワクチンの接種要件を満たしている人は、早急

The Department of Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) announced today (February 27) that there are two new confirmed cases of local M-pox in Taiwan. Both are male nationals in their 30s, living in central and southern areas respectively, they, developed symptoms such as rashes and blisters on their bodies one after another in mid-February. After being evaluated by doctors, they were tested and notified, and they were diagnosed positive on February 23 and 26 respectively. Since the two cases have no recent history of traveling abroad, they are determined to be local cases. They are currently returning home and undergoing independent health management. This is the first time a confirmed local case has been reported this year (2024); A total of 7 relevant contacts have been identified through epidemic investigation, and they have been undergoing health education and self-health monitoring for 21 days. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(27)日公布，國內新增2例本土M痘確定病例，均為30多歲之本國籍男性，居住地分別為中部及南部，2月中旬因身體陸續出現紅疹、水泡等症狀，經醫師評估後採檢通報，分別於2月23日、26日確診陽性，由於2名個案近期均無出國旅遊史，故研判為本土個案，目前返家自主健康管理中，為今(2024)年首度通報確診本土個案；經疫調匡列相關接觸者共7名，已進行衛教並自我健康監測21天。經查2人皆未有完整接種2劑M痘疫苗之紀錄(1例未接種、1例僅接種1劑)，再次提醒符合接種條件之民眾
