疾病予防管理センター（以下CDC）は、10月24日、台湾が3月20日に新制度を導入後、先週新たに増えた本土確診症例は262例となり、前週の302例から下降した；先週新たに増えた死者数は29例となり、前週の死者数44例から下降している。最近、国内の流行は底をうち、上下動を繰り返しているが、国際的な流行が続いており、今後も密接に監視してゆく。
