疾病管理予防センター（以下CDC）は、「5月9日、台湾で新たにサル痘（Mpox）の本土症例15例が増えたが、14人は本土症例、1人は輸入症例となっている。うち14例は20代～40代の台湾籍男性で、北部9例、中部5例、南部1例だ。彼らは、4月15日～5月03日の間に発熱やリンパ腺腫大、水疱、膿疱などの症状が相次いで現れ、医師の診察を受けたのちに検査・報告され、5月02日～5月07日に確診された。疫学調査の結果、高リスクの接触者計15名がリストアップされ、既に健康教育と21日間の自己健康観察を受けている。台湾は2022年6月23日以来、Mpoxを第二類の法廷感染症に指定しているが、今日までに累計で79例（本土症例69例、輸入症例10例）が確診されており、うち37例は既に回復しており、8例

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (hereinafter referred to as the CDC) announced on May 09 that there were 15 new domestic cases of monkeypox (Mpox) in Taiwan, including 14 local cases and 1 imported case. Among 14 local male cases aged between their 20s and 40s, 9 are living in the north, 5 are in the center, 1 is in the south. Their onset dates ranged from April 15 to May 3, due to symptoms such as fever, swollen lymph glands, blisters and pustules successively appearing in the body, after evaluation by a doctor, a test was taken and reported, and the diagnosis was confirmed from May 2 to May 7, respectively. After the epidemic investigation, 15 high-risk contacts were listed, and they have undergone health education and self-health monitoring for 21 days. Taiwan has listed Mpox as a second-class legal infectious disease since June 23, 2022. 疾病管制署(下稱疾管署)今(9)日公布國內新增15例猴痘(Mpox)確定病例，為14例本土、1例境外移入個案，其中14例為本國籍男性、1例為外國籍男性，居住縣市為北部9例、中部5例、南部1例，年齡介於20多歲至40多歲，發病日介於4月15日至5月3日，因身體陸續出現發燒、淋巴腺腫大、水泡、膿疱等症狀，經醫師評估後採檢通報，分別於5月2日至5月7日確診。經疫調匡列相關高風險接觸者15名，已進行衛教並自我健康監測21天。我國自去年6月23日將Mpox列為第二類法定傳染病，截至今日累計確診79例病例
