春は家禽のH7N9 インフルエンザのピーク期だ。 3月27日、 記者が省畜牧局から得た情報では、 同局は 『河南省の家禽H7N9インフルエンザ予防治療指導に関する意見 （以下 『意見』）』を発布、 『先に打ち、後に補う』の政策を実施し、 各地の獣医部門と動物防疫主体は 年度のワクチン接種計画の要求に基づき ワクチンの強制接種工作を展開して徹底せねばならないとされた。
『意見』では、 家禽へのH7N9インフルエンザ 強制ワクチン接種と 殺処分の戦略を結合し、 連合予防連合管理を強化し、 活禽市場の監督管理措置を実施することで、 有効にH7N9インフルエンザウィルスの 家禽間での伝播拡散のリスクを低減し、 全省での家禽H7N9インフルエンザの安定的な制御を実現し 強固なものとすることで、 夫々の区域で着実に浄化と撲滅を進めてゆくことが必要だとされている。

Spring is a season of high incidence of H7N9 flu among poultry(s). On March 27, 2018, the reporter learned from the Provincial Bureau of Animal Husbandry that the Bureau issued the “Opinions on the Prevention and Control of H7N9 Influenza in Domestic Poultry (2018-2020) in Henan Province” (hereinafter referred to as the “Opinions”), and put forward the implementation of the policy of “Shoot First and Compliment Afterward”. Veterinary departments and animal epidemic prevention agencies throughout the country shall carry out mandatory immunization work based on the requirements of the annual immunization plan.
According to the Opinion, Implementation of a comprehensive prevention and control strategy combining the mandatory immunization of poultry H7N9 flu with culling, by strengthening the joint prevention and control, implementing the live poultry market supervision measures, effectively reducing the spread of the H7N9 influenza virus among poultry, realize and consolidate the stable control of H7N9 avian flu in the province, and gradually promote purification and elimination in the sub region.

春季是 家禽H7N9流感高发季节。 3月27日， 记者从省畜牧局获悉， 该局下发了 《河南省 家禽H7N9流感防治指导意见 (2018 — 2020年)》(以下简称 《意见》)， 提出 落实好 “先打后补” 政策， 各地兽医部门 和 动物防疫主体 应按照 年度免疫计划 要求 开展强制免疫工作， 做到应免尽免。
《意见》提出， 实施 家禽H7N9 流感强制免疫 与 扑杀 相结合的综合防治策略， 强化 联防联控， 落实 活禽市场监管措施， 切实 有效降低H7N9 流感病毒 在 家禽间的传播扩散风险， 在 全省实现和巩固家禽H7N9流感的稳定控制， 分区域 逐步推动 净化和消灭。
