2020年04月12日0時～24時までに、31省（自治区、直轄市）と新疆生産建設兵団が、新たに確診患者108例、うち海外からの輸入患者は98例、国内患者は10例（黒竜江省7例、広東3例）； 死亡者2例（湖北省2例＝武漢の2例）； 疑似症例6例、うち海外からの輸入症例6例（黒竜江4例、上海2例）が増えたと報告。
当日、新たに増えた治癒退院患者は88例、当日医学観察を解除された濃厚接触者1,092例、重症症例は18例の減少を示した。
