2020年06月28日0時～24時までに、31省（自治区、直轄市）と新疆生産建設兵団が、新たに確診患者12例、うち海外からの輸入患者5例（四川3例、遼寧1例、上海1例）； 国内7例（北京7例＝河北省0例）； 死亡者0例； 疑似症例4例（海外からの輸入0例； 国内4例（北京4例）が増えたと報告。
当日、新たに増えた治癒退院患者は9例、当日医学観察を解除された濃厚接触者824例、重症症例増減は ±0例（無変化）。

12 newly diagnosed cases: of which 5 cases were imported from abroad (3 in Sichuan, 1 in Liaoning, 1 in Shanghai), 7 in mainland China (7 in Beijing, 0 in Hebei);
No (0) newly added death case (= 0 in Hubei);
4 newly added suspected case: of which 4 were in mainland China (= 4 in Beijing).
