中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「本4月27日、 オーストラリアで新型コロナ陽性が検出された某航空会社（宮本注：中華航空です）パイロットの件で、指揮センターが同社の1,279名のパイロット全員に対する特別検査は、現時点では934名の血清抗体検査が行われ、うち925名は陰性、6名が陽性、3名が検査中である」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「血清抗体検査で陽性となったパイロット6名中、3名は既に発表された確診症例（第151号、177号及び1105号）、 他の3名は台湾籍の40代男性（2名）及び台湾籍の40代女性（1名）で、3人はそれぞれ4月22日、4月24日及び4月25日に特別プロジェクトによる検査を受けているが、検査結果はPCR検査では陰性、血清抗体手は全員がIgM陰性、IgG陽性となった」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center stated on April 27 today, in response to the positive detection of COVID-19 by an airline pilot in Australia, the command center launched an inspection project for airline pilots to conduct inspections on 1,279 pilots. So far, 934 serum antibodies have been tested, of which 925 were negative, 6 were positive, and 3 were being tested.
The command center said, among the 6 pilots who tested positive for serum antibodies, 3 confirmed cases have been announced in the past (case 151, case 177 and case 1105), the other three are males in their 40s (2) and females in their 40s (1). The three people received special inspections on April 22, April 24, and April 25 respectively. The results of the nucleic acid tests were all negative, and the serum antibodies were all negative for IgM and positive for IgG.

中央流行疫情指揮中心今(27)日表示，因應某航空公司機師於澳洲檢出COVID-19陽性，指揮中心啟動航空公司飛航機師採檢專案，針對1,279名機師進行採檢，截至目前血清抗體已採檢934名，其中925名陰性、6名陽性、3名檢驗中。
指揮中心表示，該6名血清抗體檢測陽性機師中，3名為過去已公布之確診個案(案151、案177及案1105)，另3名為本國籍40多歲男性(2名)及本國籍40多歲女性(1名)，3人分別於4月22日、4月24日及4月25日接受專案採檢，檢驗結果核酸檢測皆為陰性，血清抗體皆呈IgM陰性、IgG陽性。
