11月10日、農業農村部 新聞弁公室は、 重慶市墊江県が押収した省外からブタを違法搬入しようとした車両の仔ブタからアフリカ豚コレラ （宮本注： 以下 『ASF』 ）が検出されたと発表した。
11月09日、農業農村部は、重慶市動物疾病予防管理センターが墊江県の渝万高速道路の太平サービスエリアで押収した1輛の仔ブタを違法搬入強いようとしていた外省車からASFを検出したとの中国動物疾病予防管理センター報告を受け取ったが、その際車両に載せられていたブタ25頭のうち、1頭を隔離したが後に病死していた。
ASF発生後、農業農村部は、直ちに現地にASFの処置や疫学調査活動の監督指導を行った。 現地は既に要求に基づき緊急対応メカニズムを起動し、車上の仔ブタ全ての屠殺、無害化処理をおこない、車体の全面清掃消毒を行い、関連した道路部分の全面的調査と消毒を実施した。 現在、車両の仔ブタは規定に基

On November 10, 2019, the Information Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs announced that Diangjiang County of Chongqing City detected African Swine Fever from illegally transported pigs on a car from outside the Province.
On November 9, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs received a report from the China Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center mentioning that the Chongqing Animal Disease Prevention and Control Center detected African Swine Fever from illegally transported pigs on a car who came from outside the city at the Taiping Service Area of the Yuwan Expressway in Dianjiang County. At the time of their seizure, the car was carrying a total of 25 pigs of which 1 was isolated but died afterward.

农业农村部新闻办公室11月10日发布，重庆市垫江县从截获的外省违规运入仔猪中排查出非洲猪瘟疫情。
11月9日，农业农村部接到中国动物疫病预防控制中心报告，经重庆市动物疫病预防控制中心确诊，在垫江县渝万高速太平服务区截获的1车外省违规运入仔猪中排查出非洲猪瘟疫情。查获时，该车共载有仔猪25头，隔离后死亡1头。
疫情发生后，农业农村部立即指导当地开展疫情处置督导和流行病学调查工作。当地已按照要求启动应急响应机制，对所有仔猪进行扑杀和无害化处理，对车辆进行全面清洗消毒，对涉事场地进行全面排查和消毒。目前，该批
