台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、9月20日、「新たにCOVID-19確診症例が6例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例2例、輸入症例4例となっている；更に、確診症例中、新たに0例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例2例中、第16254号は、20代の女性で、9月19日に出国の櫃王があり自費で検査を受けたところ、本日確定診断された； 既に21人の濃厚接触者をリストアップ、全て在宅隔離にしているが他の接触者をリストアップ中。 第16255号は、5歳未満の男児で、同居家族（第16150号）が確診されたため、在宅隔離の対象となっていたが、9月19日に隔離期間満了前検査をしたところ本日確定診断された。既に接触者1人をリストアップ、在宅隔離に；衛生単位は感染源を明らかにするため、流行を調査し予防を継続してゆく」と発表した。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Sept. 20 that there were 6 newly confirmed case of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 2 local cases and 4 imported cases. There was no (0) new death among the confirmed cases.
According to the command center, among the two new local cases today, 16254 is a female in her 20s. On September 19, 2021, she was tested at her own expense due to the need to leave the country and was diagnosed today; 21 contacts have been listed, all of whom are listed in home quarantine, and Yu Kuang is listed. Case 16255 is a boy under the age of 5 who was diagnosed with a family member living with him (Case 16150) and was listed as a home quarantine subject. He was tested before the expiration of the quarantine period on September 19 and was diagnosed today; One contact has been listed and placed in home quarantine arleady. The health unit will continue to investigate and prevent the epidemic to clarify the source of the infection.
The command center stated that there were 4 new cases of immigration from abroad today, 3 males and 1 female, ranging in age from under 5 to in their 40s. They entered the country from Cambodia (Case 16252, Case 16257), Indonesia (Case 16253), and the United States (Case 16256). 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(20)日公布國內新增6例COVID-19確定病例，分別為2例本土及4例境外移入；另確診個案中無新增死亡。
指揮中心說明，今日新增2例本土病例中，案16254為20多歲女性，今(2021)年9月19日因出境需求自費採檢，於今日確診；已匡列接觸者21人，均列居家隔離，餘匡列中。案16255為未滿5歲男童，因同住家人確診(案16150)，匡列為居家隔離對象，9月19日進行隔離期滿前採檢，於今日確診；已匡列接觸者1人，列居家隔離。衛生單位將持續進行疫情調查及防治，以釐清感染源。
