疾管署は本日（4月23日）、「昨今、インフルエンザ様疾患の流行は徐々に沈静化してきており、公費負担による抗ウイルス製剤（以下、公費負担薬）の拡大使用条件が「インフルエンザ様の症状があり、且つ家族・同僚・同級生にインフルエンザ様の症状がある人」まで拡大されていたがこの適用期間を本年（民国113年＝2024年）4月30日までとするが、インフルエンザの重篤な合併症から回復した患者やインフルエンザなどの高リスクの慢性疾患を患っている患者（添付資料を参照）の場合、引き続き公的資金による抗ウイルス薬の使用は可能である」と述べた。

The CDC stated today (April 23) that Recently, the influenza-like epidemic has gradually slowed down, and the conditions for the use of publicly funded influenza antiviral drugs (hereinafter referred to as publicly funded drugs) have been expanded to “those who have influenza-like symptoms and have family members/colleagues/classmates who have influenza-like illness”. The applicable period will be end on April 30, 2024, however, patients who have recovered from notified cases of severe complications of influenza and those with high-risk chronic diseases such as influenza (as shown in the attachment) can still use publicly funded antiviral drugs.

疾管署今(23)日表示，近期類流感疫情逐漸趨緩，公費流感抗病毒藥劑(下稱公費藥劑)擴大使用條件「有類流感症狀，且家人/同事/同班同學有類流感發病者」，適用期限將於今(113)年4月30日截止，恢復為流感併發重症通報病例、具流感高風險慢性病之類流感等病人(如附件)，仍可使用公費抗病毒藥劑。
