台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日11月17日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は20,127例（うち本土症例20,078例、輸入症例49例）；更に、確診症例中、77例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例20,078例は、5歳未満から90代以上の男性9,188例、女性10,884例、性別調査中6例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（3,316例）、高雄市（2,670例）、台中市（2,545例）、桃園市（2,115例）、台南市（1,949例）、台北市（1,837例）、彰化県（974例）、屏東県（657例）、新竹県（577例）、雲林県（469例）、新竹市（469例）、苗栗県（464例）、嘉義県（368例）、南投県（363例）、宜蘭県（323例）、基隆市（318例）、嘉義市（235例）、花蓮県（223例）、台東県（119例）、金門県（43例）、澎湖県（39例）、連江県（5例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Nov. 17) that there were 20,127 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 20,0781 local and 49 imported cases; further, there were 77 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 20078 local cases today are 9188 males and 10884 females, (6 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is as follows: New Taipei City (3316 cases), Kaohsiung City (2670 cases), Taichung City (2545 cases), Taoyuan City (2115 cases), Tainan City (1949 cases), Taipei City (1837 cases), Changhua County (974 cases), Pingtung County (657 cases), Hsinchu County (577 cases), Yunlin County (469 cases), Hsinchu City (469 cases), Miaoli County (464 cases), Chiayi County (368 cases), Nantou County (363 cases), Yilan County (323 cases), Keelung City (318 cases), Chiayi City (235 cases), Hualien County (223 cases), Taitung County (119 cases), Jinmen County (43 cases), Penghu County (39 cases), Lianjiang County (5 cases).
