台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日01月01日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は25,386例（うち本土症例25,270例、輸入症例116例）；更に、確診症例中、20例の死亡者（うち1例は輸入症例）が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例25,270例は、5歳未満から90代以上の男性11,406例、女性13,840例、性別調査中24例となる。患者分布は、新台北市（5,334例）、台中市（3,419例）、台北市（2,860例）、桃園市（2,728例）、高雄市（2,398例）、台南市（2,053例）、彰化県（1,145例）、新竹県（896例）、新竹市（765例）、苗栗県（549例）、屏東県（475例）、雲林県（462例）、基隆市（418例）、南投県（373例）、嘉義県（330例）、宜蘭県（328例）、花蓮県（217例）、嘉義市（205例）、金門県（126例）、台東県（116例）、澎湖県（69例）、連江県（4例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Jan. 01) that there were 25,386 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 25,270 local and 116 imported cases; further, there were 20 deaths (including 1 imported case.
The command center stated that the new 25270 local cases today are 11406 males and 13840 females, (24 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is as follows: New Taipei City (5334 cases), Taichung City (3419 cases), Taipei City (2860 cases), Taoyuan City (2728 cases), Kaohsiung City (2398 cases), Tainan City (2053 cases), Changhua County (1145 cases), Hsinchu County (896 cases), Hsinchu City (765 cases), Miaoli County (549 cases), Pingtung County (475 cases), Yunlin County (462 cases), Keelung City (418 cases), Nantou County (373 cases), Chiayi County (330 cases), Yilan County (328 cases), Hualien County (217 cases), Chiayi City (205 cases), Jinmen County (126 cases), Taitung County (116 cases), Penghu County (69 cases), Lianjiang County (4 cases).
