台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、本日10月19日、「新たに増えたCOVID-19確診症例は44,628例（うち本土症例44,601例、輸入症例27例）；更に、確診症例中、42例の死亡者が出た」と発表。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに増えた国内症例44,601例は、5歳未満から90代の男性20,411例、女性24,177例、性別調査中13例だ。患者分布は、新台北市（8,590例）、台中市（5,867例）、高雄市（5,142例）、桃園市（4,545例）、台北市（4,315例）、台南市（3,742例）、彰化県（2,369例）、屏東県（1,452例）、雲林県（1,033例）、新竹市（1,000例）、苗栗県（988例）、新竹県（986例）、宜蘭県（783例）、南投県（740例）、嘉義県（732例）、基隆市（695例）、嘉義市（519例）、花蓮県（484例）、台東県（278例）、金門県（170例）、澎湖県（151例）、連江県（20例）となる」としている。

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced today (Oct. 19) that there were 44,628 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 in China, including 44,601 local and 27 imported cases; further, there were 42 deaths.
The command center stated that the new 44601 local cases today are 20411 males and 24177 females, (13 are under investigation of gender), aged between under 5 years old and over 90s; The distribution of cases is New Taipei City (8590 cases), Taichung City (5867 cases), Kaohsiung City (5142 cases), Taoyuan City (4545 cases), Taipei City (4315 cases), Tainan City (3742 cases), Changhua County (2369 cases), Pingtung County (1452 cases), Yunlin County (1033 cases), Hsinchu City (1000 cases), Miaoli County (988 cases), Hsinchu County (986 cases), Yilan County (783 cases), Nantou County (740 cases), Chiayi County (732 cases), Keelung City (695 cases), Chiayi City (519 cases), Hualien County (484 cases), Taitung County (278 cases), Jinmen County (170 cases), Penghu County (151 cases), Lianjiang County (20 cases).
