台湾中央流行疫情指揮センターは、「6月21日、新たにCOVID-19確診症例が75例増えたが、それぞれ、本土症例75例、輸入症例0例となった。 確診症例中、新たに20例が死亡した」と発表した。
指揮センターは、「本日、新たに国内症例75例が増えたが、5歳未満から80代までの男性35人、女性40人であり、2021年6月8日～6月20日の間に発症していた。 患者分布は、新北市が38例と最多で、次いで台北市の22例、桃園市5例、苗栗県3例、基隆市及び台中市各2例、高雄市、雲林健及び彰化県、各1例となっている。そのうち、台北市と新台北市の両地区以外の県・市の15例中、15例の感染源は既に判明、0例が関連不明、0例が疫学調査中となっているが、関連調査は今なお進められている」と発表した。

指揮センターは、「最近隔離を解除された確診症例については、5月11日～ 6月19日迄に発表された12,697例中、既に7,534人が隔離を解除されており、確診患者総数の59.3％が隔離解除されたことになる」と指摘する。
指揮センターは、これまでに新型コロナウィルス肺炎に関する通報は、国内累計で1,077,415例（排除された1,061,624例を含む）となった。 そのうち確診症例数は14,080例であり、夫々輸入症例1,165例、本土症例 12,862例、敦睦艦隊36例、航空機感染2例及び不明1例、調査中14例となっている； この他、新たに0例が患者リストから削除され、累計99例が欠番となっている。2020年からCOVID-19により累

The Central Epidemic Command Center announced on Jun. 21 that there were 75 newly confirmed local cases of COVID-19 in Taiwan consisting of 75 local cases and no (0) imported cases from abroad. There were 20 new deaths among the confirmed cases.
The command center said, the newly added 75 local cases today are 35 males and 40 females, aged under 5 to in their 80s, with onset dates between June 6 and June 20, 2021. The distribution of cases is 38 cases in New Taipei City, followed by 22 cases in Taipei City, 5 cases in Taoyuan City, 3 cases in Miaoli County, 2 cases each in Keelung City and Taizhong City, 1 case each in Kaohsiung City, Yunlin County and Changhua County
Out of the 15 cases in counties and cities outside the Taipei and New Taipei area, 15 cases are known their sources of infection, 0 cases’ relation is unknown, and 0 cases are under investigation. Related epidemic investigations are ongoing.
The command center described, the 20 new deaths reported today are, 14 males and 6 females, ranging in age from their 50s to 90s. The onset date is between May 13 and June 16, the date of diagnosis is between May 16 and June 20, the date of death is between June 2 and June 20; as for details, see the attachment.
The command center pointed out that as for the recently released diagnosed cases from isolation, 7,534 people have been released from quarantine, among 12,697 confirmed cases announced from May 11 to June 19. The number of people released from quarantine has reached 59.3% of the confirmed cases.
The command center’s data shows there have been a total of 1,077,415 notifications related to novel coronavirus pneumonia in China (including 1,061,624 excluded cases). 中央流行疫情指揮中心今(21)日公布國內新增75例COVID-19本土確定病例，均為本土個案；另確診個案中新增20例死亡。
指揮中心表示，今日新增之75例本土病例，為35例男性、40例女性，年齡介於未滿5歲至80多歲，發病日介於今(2021)年6月8日至6月20日。個案分佈以新北市38例最多，其次為臺北市22例，桃園市5例，苗栗縣3例，基隆市及臺中市各2例，高雄市、雲林縣及彰化縣各1例。其中雙北地區以外縣市15例中，15例為已知感染源；相關疫情調查持續進行中。
指揮中心說明，今日新增20例死亡個案，為男性14位、女性6位，年齡介於50多歲至90多歲，發病日介於5月13日至6月16日，確診日介於5月16日至6月20日，死亡日介於6月2日至6月20日，詳如新聞稿附件。
指揮中心指出，近期確診個案解隔離情形，5月11日至6月19日累計公布12,697位確診個案中，已有7,534人解除隔離，解隔離人數達確診人數59.3%。
